We just left Taínos Bakery. The food and the service was exceptional. Kiara went above and beyond servicing me and my family.... ??My daughter had the sandwich de queso and loved it! I had the media noche. I absolutely loved it. ???????? Of course on theway out we took pastries to go. This will be our go to anytime we are in the Orlando area. I recommend hands down. Read more

Very disappointed! Happened to see the place as I was visiting the plaza next door. Customer service is horrible. No greeting,... it felt like the girl was bothered to take care of me. I asked for a malta for my daughter and asked if they had bidin, theydidn't. As I go around to look at the pastries the girl asked another young lady to take over and hid in the back. For thisplace to be a bakery, the pastries selection was very slim. Same things I would find at Publix or walmart. I asked if the breadthey had displayed was Puertorrican pan de agua (crunchy, flaky almost like a french baguette) she said yes. So I bought thatand a few quesitos (again no big wow there) I tried the bread and what a dissapointment. It's just like walmart's ''cubanbread'' bland, triposo and guess what? Next day you can use it as a hammer. At checkout, the young lady didn't even look at me.Gave me a total, ran my card, handed me the receipt and immediately turned her back and went in hiding to the kitchen. Horribleexperience in service and food. The only good thing was the malta???? I live in New Port Richey, almost 2 hrs away. Thank godthe trip was not strictly to go visit them. Read more

Good food but constantly getting my order wrong or missing items. Unfortunately majority of the time it?s through delivery. I... really don?t think they pay much attention to those orders. editing review a month later. Apparently they don?t pay attentionwhen you order take out in person either. I ordered w BLT with cheese: I got cheese and bacon only! See pic below Read more

I want to thank Tainos Bakery at Lake Underhill. Businesses like Tainos Bakery deserve all their success for their community's... help! The quality of customer service is top notch, the food outstanding, and their generosity are some of the words thatdescribe them?much appreciation for your support of our Azalea Park Elementary community school. Veronica did an AMAZING jobproviding lunch for our excellent teachers on their first day back on campus. Read more

I went this past Friday after seeing video upon advertised video on Instagram of the pan con queso. Oh boy, I was... excited. There was a 20 minute wait for my food to arrive once I ordered it. A lot of the reviews mentioned this so I wasprepared, but hungry! The pan con queso looked promising when I got the cheese pull demonstrated in my first photo, but therewas an initial concern when there were 2, not one, patties of cheese. Let me explain, 2 patties would generally make me happybut it doesn?t mean you get more cheese. Two patties means you get double the breading, and worse there is an aftertaste onyour tastebuds of the oil that lingers around for a while. It?s more like pan con un poquito de queso y mas pan con el flavor deaceite. Once my initial bite was over, I noticed even more that the amount of cheese to bread ratio was off. In my second photoit appears to be the thickness of one slice of cheese. I?m trying to give you all the benefit of the doubt. Maybe all of thecheese comes out with that initial cheese pull? The third picture shows what happened when I had to hunt for my queso. I willgo back to try something else, and hopefully I can review again with a higher rating. The pan con queso is a no go for methough. 3 stars because it had potential, but it is highly NOT recommended unless Taino?s wants to give me what is advertised onInstagram. Read more

I went in with high expectations, was so excited I brought my mom because she loves Puerto Rican style bakeries. Needless to say... we were really looking forward to the Pan con Queso with scrambled egg sandwhich advertised with 10oz of cheese . However, theonly thing that exceeded my expectations was there was no wait when I initially put in our order at 12:19. However, at 12:40pmwe had not been called up, at 12:41 an employee came to us to tell us there was an issue with the cheese but the sandwichesshould be out in 5 minutes. We finally got our sandwhiches at 12:52pm and were sadly disappointed. I gave it 3 stars because thequesito pastry and relleno de papa were good. But the main reason we went was very underwhelming. I may go back to try somethingdifferent but definitely won't be ordering that again. Read more

The place is very busy on weekends. The staff is friendly and very efficient. The food is great value, but a 4-star taste.... Bakery selection is impressive. I haven't tried any sandwiches, which is what is highly praised by the customers here. I optedfor a Super breakfast instead. Read more

The food is excellent and the prices are unbeatable but if you cannot speak Spanish, it is hard to order because only a few are... really fluent in English. Also , order ahead because this place is crazy popular, like if you order in store anytime from 11-4you can expect at least a 20 minute wait time. They have a huge section of baked goods and I believe this is a Puerto Ricanbased bakery. They are very clean inside and again, the food is DELICIOUS. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner items. TheAvena is so creamy and good! Overrall good food , just long wait times if you do not pre-order. Read more
