I would give it a zero star if I could. My husband and I came in at the door and asked the staff where could we be seated. One... of the staff spoke in another language other than English. We were waiting at the table for 25 minutes and nobody gave us a menuor asked if we want something to drink. The two lady staff were just chatting on the counter with zero regards for theircustomers. I would not recommend the place. We just left the restaurant and went somewhere else.Poor service. Read more

Food was nothing to die for, very expensive especially with the fees and gratitude charges for takeout order. Order a steak... sandwich they recommend and the meat was extremely fatty and greasy! Wouldn't waste my money or recommend this place to anyoneunless you're into fatty greasy food then this is the place for your next stroke! Read more

We escaped the Rosen Shingle in search of some good food and found this place. There was about 20 in our group and they were... able to accommodate us. They brought out some platters of grilled meat and sandwiches. The food was quite good. I would comeback if I was in the area again. Read more

Extremely expensive, because they even charge for credit card fees! Moreover, they will charge you for water (no tap water) and... an 18% tip, which you are obliged to pay (despite the restaurant being a fast-casual restaurant). It's a rip off and touristtrap, and they know it. Read more

The food here was a 10/10- I had the pabellon arepa and it was delicious!! Service was slow, for how causal of a restaurant it... was. They also served our dishes one at a time (rather than all at once), with the last dish coming out at least 5 minutes afterthe first. I didn?t mind, but my ~dramatic~ family found that it significantly impacted their experience. I suspect if my bestieGenevieve were here, we wouldn?t have even noticed the service- we always have a grand old time together. Overall, I?d stillrecommend this place! Read more

I would give them 3.5 stars if I could. The staff acted kinda odd and not very friendly. There was a guy at the door that looked... like security. He asked why we were there in an intimidating way?. Obviously for food ???????????. But they were really fast andthe quality was good. You can get just as good of quality for less money and better service at other Venezuelan restaurants inOrlando. Would go back to see if it was just an off night. Read more

I have lived in the USA since 1971 when we moved from Venezuela to Chicago then 7 years later to Orlando FL and have been here... since over 40 years ago and NEVER have I experienced a Venezuelan restaurant so amazing in every department from the hospitalityof the warm employees to the delicious over portion food and how offerable very cheap for its location, quality and quantity. Myfamily and I, four adults and two kids WE ALL LOVED IT. Definitely a Restaurant highly recommended. Keep in mind no matter whatrestaurant you go to there will always be some kind of wait..at least here they play awesome music and I was told on Thursdaysthey have karaoke and Friday Live music..yeahhh baby can't wait to have a group of friends join me one of those evenings andhave fun..I definitely want to celebrate my next birthday there.
