Many of the food competitions I have attended over the years have ended with The Boheme Chefs taking first place. So, a concert... across the street and Bite30 specials made it the obvious choice for a pre-concert dinner. Upon making a reservation I was askedwhy we would be dining there, and when told it was for a concert they made our serving staff and the kitchen aware of ourtimeline, which they met. Starting with the Tomato Burrata and Lobster & Crab Bisque we knew this would be a great meal. Theunique Mediterranean Salmon topped with feta, olives and tzatziki impressed the most for taste. The Joyce Farm Chicken and PorkChop entrees were juicy and savory, showing attention to technique. If you don't end with the Black Bee Honey Cheesecake youwill be sorry, drizzled with a Grand Marnier caramel sauce. Great service from two waiters for a party of 6, courses timeperfectly and nice staff communication. Put this place on your Bite30 list. I dined here solo and had a great experience. I had a late flight into the city and The Boheme was one of few places with a... decent rating that was still open. I called to be sure the kitchen was open and they were still functioning 30 minutes fromclosing. This is rare so I rushed over. Since it’s located in a hotel, parking was limited (unless you choose to valet). I wasgreeted by the hosts, seated, and almost immediately helped. My server was attentive and didn’t rush me at all, despite beingminutes from closing up. I got a salad, Parmesan truffle fries, and Chilean Sea Bass. Everything was superb. I loved the sauceon the sea bass and asked for more on the side. My server told me that the chef had thrown out the sauce since it was the end ofthe day but he made me a new batch from scratch. This is the kind of service that will keep people coming back and is definitelyworth mentioning. I felt well taken care of here. The fact that the food was great adds to the value. Read more

One of the best in Orlando. Food is really good and very friendly staff. That was a unique experience. It’s actually a place... for old people but I really enjoyed going there with my girlfriend to celebrate her birthday. Thank you for this experience. Read more

The best dining experience we’ve had lately in a Orlando. Renford was our server, and his professionalism and attention to... detail set the bar for the evening. We started with some great cocktails; my wife and daughter-in law had the Le Poir and theyloved them. My son and I had the Cakebread Cellars Chardonnay, recommended by Renford; spot on! We started with the beefcarpaccio, which fresh and perfectly cut and served. Next we had the charcuterie board which included a wide and tasty varietyof cold cuts and cheeses. Main entrees were the branzino and ribeye steak, which was cooked to a perfect medium rare but wouldhave been better with just salt and pepper. It had too much added spices. Dessert was spectacular with cheesecake, lava cake andblueberry gelato. Renford’s attention to detail and the food quality were beyond expectations. If you go there, ask to beseated with Renford; he’ll make your experience memorable! Read more

Very charming place located in downtown Orlando, great service, OK food. There’s an amazing piano lounge. Menu has sadly... limited choices for entrees, just one option mostly very classic/common dishes - your usual steak, burguer, fish. We hadcalamari for starters that were undercooked sadly. The main dishes - Burguer and Tenderloin were very well prepared, tasty andhad good presentation. Ordered an Old Fashioned that was good but kind of watery, on the other hand the Cosmopolitan wasperfect. Overall we had a good experience, but to be frank we were expecting more. Maybe we were not lucky and have to tryagain, this has happened before. Read more

We love going to the Grand Boheme for special occasions. We've enjoyed dining on three different Valentines. I will start by... saying the service was impeccable. Our waiter was able to accommodate a special request for the appetizer on a fixed menu. Thatbeing said this year's menu was lackluster compared to previous years. All of the appetizers were vegetarian and the beefoffering was New York strip. It was cooked wonderfully but took effort to cut. Compare NY strip to Bison Medallions or Beefmedallions ordered on previous years. It seems like either the chef prefers vegetarian or there are cost/supply issues affectingproteins. Read more

Our servers Leo and Michael were absolutely wonderful. Always checking in on us and keeping us updated onfood times. Both were very charming and humorous.
