Our waitress was awesome! Left a niiice tip. However management doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Mgr never came to... greet us. When we left, we forgot our a full plate of 10 wings to-go. Next day, I called to explain. Even with receipt, the GMrefused to remake. Due to be the lack of effort to resolve our complaint, we will not return to this location. Read more
I tried to make an order on the phone for take out and none of the phone numbers work. Tried to make a to go order online and it... doesn't work either. Had to drive 40 mins to get there to make order. Spoke with manager and he said the phones have been downfor a while. This is such an inconvenience to your customers. You need to fix this ASAP! Food tasted good, but I cannot get over the outrageous prices. $70 bill for 20 piece wings and two personal pizzas. How do you... justify selling 5 wing parts (not whole wings) for $11/order. Then the dry seasoning wings were supposed to have rub on then butthe seasoning was merely sprinkled across the top of them. The Works pizza was delicious tho. BUT NEVER AGAIN THO!!! Read more
1) Make it clear what the girls wear, on the sign outside. Like hooters, in their title. 2) Work on the dishrag smell. 3) Get... the girls off the camera and on the job. Before you close shop; Realize that if you took these things seriously, you could stayopen. From my opinion, you should have the girls wear proper shorts and stay on the job the whole time they're there. Read more
