Ordered two meals for takeout at 6:23pm which was supposed to be ready at 7pm. We arrived at 7pm and waited over 30 minutes for... the food inside where we saw people walk up to the counter to order and receive their food before we were handed our bag of foodat 7:35pm?.ridiculous to wait that long when we made a scheduled order in advance thinking we could pick it up at the time wescheduled it for. I know times are tough with employee shortages but at least turn off your online ordering so we don?t waitover an hour for lukewarm food that we could have had in 10 minutes if we ordered at the counter?. Work ethic and communication with the newer employees is astark difference between the older ones. I've placed a few mobile orders and haven't had the experience with the employeesbehind the register. They lack communication with the customers or downright ignore you.
