I love Tijuana Flats. Their food is always delicious. They're service is usually good and it's a pleasurable experience.... Nevertheless, their customer service has been a bit subpar lately. Work ethic and communication with the newer employees is astark difference between the older ones. I've placed a few mobile orders and haven't had the experience with the employeesbehind the register. They lack communication with the customers or downright ignore you. This place is falling off, ordered tacos and they were literally straight out of the fridge, didn't even bother to warm them up,... orders are wrong half the time too. This is the state of the Flautas I received. No chicken all tortillas. Better off goingsomewhere else Read more

We really enjoyed this place. Today I tried something different and wasn't happy with it and the manager made me something... different. He brought it out with a smile on his face. Ordered two meals for takeout at 6:23pm which was supposed to be ready at 7pm. We arrived at 7pm and waited over 30 minutes for... the food inside where we saw people walk up to the counter to order and receive their food before we were handed our bag of foodat 7:35pm?.ridiculous to wait that long when we made a scheduled order in advance thinking we could pick it up at the time wescheduled it for. I know times are tough with employee shortages but at least turn off your online ordering so we don?t waitover an hour for lukewarm food that we could have had in 10 minutes if we ordered at the counter?. I order two chicken tacos and after eating the first one I realized all in tasted was the shell and cheese. I opened the second... one and realized it only had a few scraps of chicken. They were terrible. Based on some other reviews this seems like a commonissue. Read more

The staff was nice which caused the stars to Be two. However, sadly our food was expensive and incorrect. First we didn't... receive our drinks, the food took forever to come out, but what really did it was our 16$ wings came out raw. The staff wasgreat though just be thorough when checking your meal.
