The service was horrible other then the cashier jayda . The food was not properly wrapped so as soon as I took it out the bag it... fell. I told a employee he had an employee came to my table to see if I was lying and didn?t ask me what sandwich I had andproceed to have a horrible attitude. The food arrive and it?s the wrong order , tasted the food and it was not the normal taste.It wasn?t right . Your staff is pre closing and canceling orders an hour before the cafe actually closes. When you call the location and ask why... your order was cancelled they are lying and saying that they are closed when it clearly states on multiple platforms that youare still open. very low and lazy Read more

My first time ever having a disappointing lunch at any Tropical Smoothie across the nation. I ordered a smoothie and a... chicken/cheese quesadilla on Thursday June 3rd around noon. The smoothie dried out and was near impossible to drink half waythrough. The quesadilla had 4 slices, 2 of which had no chicken and just a tiny bit of cheese inside, so basically justbread. Very sad lunch. I will not go back to this Tropical Smoothie ever again, which sucks because my office is nearby. Maybeit was just my luck, not sure who was working during this shift ??????????? ????????????????Sip on something healthy The Tropical Smoothie in downtown Orlando was offering a free smoothie through... GoSeeTheCity, so we went there and ordered the Jetty Punch and the Avocolada. Both were good, but we preferred the latter, asthe former was just a little too sweet. Tropical smoothie is always a good option for quick, fruity snack. This particularlocation on Washington was super clean and Covid-compliant. We would go here again.
