For a place that has a architectural layout of a vanilla ice cream cone I don?t expect to order a vanilla ice cream and then... have to wait over 20 minutes to then be told that their vanilla ice cream machine broke down. I am not sure how this can occurat a establishment that specializes in ice cream but it did. Then Not to mention we had to ASK for a refund from The young manat the window. Management needs to step up and see that this does not happen or make sure to train on how to handle customerservice better. Read more
We love twistee treat but tried going there tonight, walked up guy opens the window says they are only doing drive thru so we... talk about what we r gonna get one kid wanted a shake another a twist bowl as we pull up to the drive thru the same guy says wecan?t do shakes or twist bowls. Very disappointing trip to say the least. Read more
Tonight was such a great experience! They definitely stay busy, yet have such a professional way of maintaining control;... especially with many drive through and window orders. I left with 4 oreo med milkshakes and a kiddie cup, which are alldefinitely healthy sizes. Sorry no pic, we waisted no time lol I remember going to Twistee Treat as a little one, and it feltgood to share a pleasant nostalgic moment with MY little ones. Took our kids to meet up with some of their friends and what an awesome time they had! The ice cream was sooooo good! And the... store?s general manager Carlos was very patient and catering to our large group. It?s very nice and clean. Highly recommend! Read more
This ice-cream parlor is the best in my experiences. Cleaner and nicer that all I have been. The staffs are friendly and willing... to customize your orders. They always exhibit great attitude toward customers and their demands. Eventhough most are new.Somehow they act very professional. Lots of ice cream for a great price. It depends who is working. But I?ve been helped by?I think his name was?Angel and he was... super kind and they got my ice cream out to me quickly. My partner and I got some icream and it was so good. The workers were also super nice and patient especially being the first... time we order from here. They were also open till late which was amazing. They provide different toppings, icre cream cones anddifferent flavors. My cone alone was big for one person serving so I would suggest to keep that in mind. Read more
This is my first and last time coming to this location! First of all they need to learn how to cater to both drive through and... walk ins. Four cars got their orders before anyone could even acknowledge me. I stood there for almost 10 mins while the workerswere looking at me. These people are rude and unprofessional. Seriously need to get new workers because I already see this isnot the first review you get regarding this situation.
