One thing you can count on is consistency when it comes to a Wawa convenience store. They have many gas pumps and almost always... include diesel and ethanol free gas. You have great amenities. They always have many garbage cans and window washer stations.You can even get free air for your tires. When you go in the store, there is no shortage of selection of snacks, coffee, softdrinks, beer, or energy drinks. Just about any type of candy you can think of is inside. They offer some of the better qualitygas station food. You can easily buy a lottery ticket. The price on fuel is always competitive. I really enjoy visiting a Wawa. Read more
A convenient store is a convenient store? but Wawa, seriously? Each time I walk into this store, it?s a complete mess? the... floors are dirty and they are ALWAYS understaffed. Usually there is only one cashier, which doesn?t bother me much. But I feellike they can do better than that. Aside from the mess, the food is absolutely horrible? sure, sometimes you?ll get somethinggood. But I wouldn?t even test your luck. Not to mention, Every SINGLE time I?ve eaten from Wawa, I have gotten sick. Icurrently have a virus, and while I wouldn?t like to blame Wawa directly, the symptoms started showing a literal DAY aftereating Wawa. I thought last time was a fluke, so I gave it another chance. There is always a line n just one cashier. This time price was wrong n she couldnt fix it or did she know when the manager was... coming. Standing there waiting to get milk for my daughter for the manager to not come n the attendant to be lost saying shewasnt sure where the managers are. I left without her milk manager never came. Waiting for a hoagie since 22:54. Is now 23:40 and still waiting. Why open the food counters and have costumer waiting for so... long if is understaff?? Wasting everyone?s time and money. At least the people working during this shift are nice and have goodcostumer service, including the manager. But the leadership over them seems to slack. Read more
The overnight crew has horrible customer service skills. Every time I walk in the employees are always hiding in the break room... or employee office. Then don't act friendly when I have a question. Read more
They refused to prepare 2 sweet cream stuffed pretzels at 4 a.m. Every other WAWA offers this except them.
Though sometimes it seems quite expensive to my perspective, I feel is worth it due to the quality of your goods. Yesterday I... did have a horrible customer experience at pollo tropical and went here to order food. I messed up the order but the currentcashier, instead of laughing or do nothing, she directly went to speak with the staff and correct the order for me. This is a great convenience store . The store was very clean. The staff is very friendly. The hash brown bowls are a great... breakfast. So is the biscuit and gravy. They have a very large selection of drinks and snacks. Try the old bay chips andjalapeno popper chips. Wawa flavored lemonades are wonderful. Read more
