Monday (8/1) I can not place my order because the cashier is on a 30minuet break. I am to return later or get in the long... drive thru line. Wednesday (8/3) , in the drive thru line when i get to the ordering kiosk I am informed that they can nottake any orders because their "System is down". This is by far the worst Wendy's to go to. The experience has always been bad..but it was late and we were hungry decided to... give another try..ordered a half salad and got a side salad...they should be ashamed of themselves. Nooooo pride in their workat all. Read more
The cashier was not lightning quick but the food was as expected. You gotta love the 4 for $4 deal, & the soda machine has a ton... of options which is a huge plus. The manager even came up to me personally to make sure everything was okay when I startedtaking pictures to add for Google. Read more
Worst wendys ever! Went in didn't get greeted. Proceeded to try and order a combo meal at the kiosk(which happens to be at the... register) had issues and one person came to help just to say no frostys. Then when I was done the kiosk kept saying it was down.I asked for help and was told jold on...meanwhile there was 5 people standing doing nothing behind the counter.
