Well I tried the breakfast for the first time it was terrible I ordered 6pc french toast meal it was paper thin and rubbery and... potatoes were cooked stale and dried out it was a waste of $8. I ate 1 PC of toast and 3potatoes that were ok, not hard. Theywon't get my money again. Read more

I've worked at a Wendy's and as far as I know the only thing that takes more than ten minutes to make is the potatoes and chili.... So that doesn't really explain why when I went to this Wendy's, each car took ten minutes. When I got to the order screen, noone said hi or even asked me to wait. Just silence for ten minutes. Finally they were ready to take my order and I found outthey had no frosty mix, which sucked because the only reason I had come was because my kid got a free frosty coupon and beggedto use it. We'll find another Wendy's to go to. Read more

Waited in line for 15+ minutes but it wasn?t a problem because I THOUGHT my food would be fresh. I ordered spicy chicken... sandwich meal with a bacon and cheese potato, Parmesan chicken Caesar salad, jr bacon cheese burger 2-6 piece regular nuggets,6 piece spicy nuggets, and sour cream and chives potatoes. Got to the window waited an additional 6 minutes. Received my foodand was told everything was here. The cashier walked away from the window directly. I paid in cash and didn?t receive a receipt.Got to work and all I received was my salad my chicken sandwich and 1- 6 piece regular nugget and a fry that wasn?t suppose tobe there. Called the store and didn?t get an answer at all. Waited until my first break to call again and still no answer. Neverhad my food messed up at this location before. But this is beyond a hot mess!! I am going to be honest. I ordered through the app because tap and pay was having a malfunction. I go up to the window through... the drive thru. The guy seems reasonably intelligent, but my tap and pay doesn't work and I decide to come in to pay. There arethree people in the store and blank stares. Eventually I look bewildered and I get acknowledged, the guy at the window turnsaround and says, we don't take pay codes. I said then how did I order it on your app at this location? The shift manager alsolooking bewildered at his response calmly walks over and shows him how to enter the code. Usually I would be very vocal at thispoint.But I am working on not interfering or mothering people when they are saying something doesn't exist with such confidence,and I know for a fact that it does. I think that the manager realized this and was slightly embarrassed, so it was the mostawkward body language conversation that I have ever had. People have to learn I am trying to give them space to do that. We areall in the learning process. Read more

Went in this Wendy's on John Young Pkwy at around 5:20pm and noticed the restaurant was very dirty. There were dirty cups on the... counter, lids, straws and straw paper, napkins all were on the counter top were the napkins and cups are stacked. I was diningin but it was hard to choose a place to sit.. majority of the tables were dirty fries and straw papers on the floor.. the friestasted like they were fried in old grease however my chicken sandwich was good.
