This place is dirty behind the register. I requested a spicy chicken sandwich (well done. They had me wait on hot fresh food and... still gave me old food. Then the lady gave me my drank with something floating at the bottom ????. Just Nasty ! I do believediscrimination was involved. Read more
I mean the food is good sometimes. The fries aren't always fresh and most of the time, they forget salt. Like, I mean not saying... they used a little. They dont use any AT ALL most of the time..... and drive thru ? Forget it. You spend 30 mins in drive thru.It's crazy. All they have to focus on is drive thru. Yet people are always parking in different spots waiting on food. Got ourdrinks early, so the ice is melted already before the food comes. It's just ridiculous. The most they sell, are chicken nuggetsand double stacks .... biggie bags are a top seller. Learn to organize your BOH ..... cause that isn't what's good for business.If your crew can't handle it. Worst experience ever today. I usually stop here since location is close to home. Never again. I stopped coming here a few years... ago and only revisited during Covid but today was it. No one seems to know what they are doing. You ask a question and get nowhere. If you are wanting to get points for purchases go somewhere else. The scanner has not worked since June 21. No one seemsto have a clue. Ask for a receipt since that is the only way to collect points within 24 hours. Forget about calling customerservice since they do not answer the phone or respond to emails. The food is usually good. The apple pecan salad is always tastybut the customer service is just awful. No wonder Wendy's is in trouble. Read more
I got the summer strawberry salad combo, which I didn?t get the fried. But what was worse was when i open the salad the chicken... smell really bad.
