Have ate here over 10 times. 9/10 have been perfect. The other time has a few mistakes and long wait time in line.
It's very frustrating that everyone is using the touchscreens for ordering now. For some reason my order did not move over to... the line and it took a while for them to receive my food. The $5 meal deal is still nice and my favorite to get here. I misstheir old nuggets vendor. Wendy's nuggets used to be better than everyone else. Read more
The food was hot but the service needs to be improved. Had to give my order three times before he understood English. This Wendy's is short staffed. Because of this the dinning room is closed. The drive-thru is opened but since they're short... staffed, the wait time is long and they have you park. The manager eventually brings out your order but is very rude. On top ofall of that, some orders are incomplete. Zero Customer service skills. I do not recommend this Wendy's. If you do decide toorder food from here, make sure you check your bag and be ready for a long wait time and unfriendly service. Read more
Every time I go I get a worse impression of the place. this time I ordered 2 baconator and a chocolate frosty, I confirmed that... it was chocolate, however they didn't care and they gave me a strawberry frosty. Very friendly staff! My boyfriend and I normally order biggie bags, we?re picky eaters and request a lot off and I normally add... onion on my burger. Everything was exactly as we ordered it and it was super fast service! Definitely recommend, they?re rightoff of i4! Read more
This Wendy's is great in customer service and speed. That stated, they more often than not, give you old soggy fries. That is... frustrating. I hope this changes. Read more
