You have to be a customer at this Wendy's to use the restroom. In the state of Florida, businesses serving food to the public... are expected to provide at least one bathroom that is accessible to the public. I guess in florida we can come up with our ownrules, because the Dollar Store do not allow public restrooms also. Read more

I ordered this from wendys and was told by one manager it was cheese. Another said it was egg. Even got a 3rd opinion from... another wendys and she told me it looks like sausage. The Manager assumed I wanted it replaced after asking for a refund twicethen didn't even apologize. She just gave me the refund and didn't say anything. IT LOOKS LIKE ROTTEN EGG. Read more

The staff there always do a wonderful job making me a "special" Double Stack. I am on a carb-restricted diet and they always... make a super sandwich for me with fresh ingredients and 2 pieces if romaine instead of a bun. I can enjoy Wendy's with my familyand stay on my diet. THANK YOU! Read more
Drive-thru people are extremely rude. But what I have a problem with is that I ordered a 4 for $4 yet I only got 3 nuggets and... also the fries were not full for my meal or my sisters. I came in before my husband to use the restroom. I did not realize how upset I supposedly looked to everyone else? My husband... came in to quickly order something so the door could be unlocked. But while we made our way up the employees were complainingabout what I thought was someone in the drive thru. When I came back out, my husband then handed me a complementary drink theyhad given him because the employees were actually speaking about me. Guys, I have autism spectrum disorder. I was there just now 2 women 1 man working. Restaurant is basically empty. No one greeted I walked up and all 3 employees just... stated st me by then ignoring me. I had to litteraly call them over and still had attitude like they didn't wanna b there. Lady with red har supper short gave me the dirtiest look and was the first to ignore me when I spoke.
