Guy working the drive through with the face tattoos and gold teeth has a serious attitude problem. Rude and snappy to the... person who ordered ahead of me, rude to me as well for no reason I could see. The lady was nice though. Burgers were cold. Nota bit of warmth to them at all. I?m seriously wondering how the drive thru cashier Janette was able to obtain a job here at this location. Every time that I... have encountered her she was rude and had a nasty expression upon her face. She never greeted me, no ?welcome to Wendy?s? no?thank you for choosing Wendy?s? no ?have a great day? and most definitely no ?good morning/afternoon?. Also, every time that Iwould ask her a question she would always turn her back seemingly purposely pretending not to hear me constantly repeatingmyself. Miss Janette, if you do not like your job, quit. It?s really that simple. No one needs to encounter you and your nastyattitude. This says a lot about who?s doing the hiring here. Great food here and the place was clean when i went in. The service was fast too and enjoyable.
First time I've eaten at a Wendy's in 20 years. See you in another 20 if you're still in business, or on second thought this... will probably be the last time you see me at a Wendy's. Burger was decent, service needs coaching at the very least. Read more
Terrible service. This place should go out of business. They only take mobile orders in drive thu. Staff has a nasty attitude... when asked if they can take a regular drive thru order. Will never go to this Wendy's again if they were the last restaurant inFlorida. They have homeless people in the parking lot yelling at customers to give them money and the restaurant does nothing.Terrible environment and staff. Went to the Wendy's up the street and got much better service and no homeless begging for money.Stay away from this Wendy's. Read more
This is the WORST Wendy's I have ever visited. They do not deserve a si gle star. All of the food was terrible. The baked potato... was definitely atleast a day old. You know that funky taste potatoes get after being refrigerated and reheated? Well it wasdisgusting. I asked for extra crackers with my chili and was told they are not allowed to give more that 2 packets and when Ioffered to pay for extras they said there is no button on their system to ring up crackers. I asked for ketchup only on mydaughter's cheeseburger and was told that it only comes with ketchup anyway. Once she unwrapped it we found it covered in onionsand pickles and without any ketchup on it at all. The fries were cold. The cup my drink was served in was covered in somethinggreasy which i assume was from their hands going from the food prep area to the drink station without washing in between. Alsothe manager or shift leader or whatever she was (the one with the gold teeth) was very rude and unprofessional at the window. Ihave never been disappointed at a Wendy's restaurant before in my life which is why it has always been my go to fast food place.I was very disappointed at this particular restaurant.
