Visiting from Fort Lauderdale, and was looking for good sushi, because we have that in abundance there. Picked this because it... was the closest to where I was at in Orlando. I definitely was surprised by the quality and mix of flavors. I ended up have twoof them. Prices where about the same as ft Lauderdale high end… $20 - $30 for the more exotic rolls and ya it was worthit. Also nice was they had a couple of Japanese beers on tap, I chose the Kirin. The ambiance was nice in the outside seating, but it is pretty much street side on Mills Ave, which is a local busy thoroughfare…. Not quiet. I personally don’t like abig screen TV in restaurants, but I suppose some definitely do? There was also only a couple of fans to move the air in theoutdoor spaces. You never felt one blowing from the table I was at…. And it’s August! Not good. Food? 5 stars, outdoorambiance? 3 stars at best. So overall I gave it 4 stars. Read more

My favorite sushi restaurant in Orlando. Sushi is super fresh and rolls are prepared with great combinations of ingredients. ... The shrimp tempura roll always is made fresh with the shrimp warm and crispy. The “clear soup” is amazing. Wonderfulambience and beautiful outdoor patio. The owner, Owen, frequently stops by the table to say hello. Love this place! Read more

Food was awesome. We ate outside, perfect. Server was great, as was the owner. I'd definitely recommend them.

Great tasting food and a great value! My wife brought me here to celebrate and I wasn't disappointed at all. Service was... top-notch, food was great (salmon/chicken ????????) as well. My only gripe was that there was no Moscato on the wine list.Petty, I know, but I will be back! Read more

Food was good and service was good once our server made it to our table. My only complaint is that while we were eating, a... worker began sweeping up all the dirt and and food under the sushi bar and surrounding tables. A turn off for me since we werethe only second table in the place at 4pm. That should have been done before the dinner crowd came in. Other than that it was agood experience. Read more

This is undisputably my favorite sushi spot in the Orlando area. With their incredible rolls and daily happy hour, this Yamasan... is a must visit restaurant. The service is prompt and friendly, and the rolls are very affordable (My Philadelphia rollspictured cost $12 total during happy hour). The atmosphere is fantastic as well, and outside seating is offered. Read more
