I called to order shrimps and fried rice on the side and the oriental person on the phone did not understand my order and just... continue to repeat the same sentence over and over again. I was so frustrated that he couldn’t understand me that he, not mehang the phone on me 3x . I wasn’t going to write this review but today I call to place an order and they block my number. Ihave been their customer for over a decade and their customer service skills is a big fat 0. The person on the line was rude,and should have someone who can speak fluent English to avoid this situation from happening again. I will stop by to prove tothe owner that he did block my number. He maybe has had the restaurant for 4 years but I’ve been going there for over 10years,And yes we order food for several people not only a lunch special. I had to use my friends cellular to make my order. Iwill prove him wrong. LOL @ the owners reply... It's cool though. Whoever replied has made it very clear that they don't want our business again which... is fine. Kudos to you =). Portion sizes feel different with expected price increases. My daughters typical order for over ayear is sweet and sour chicken which normally isn't tossed in sweet any sour sauce so she will only eat the breaded chickenwith white rice and discard the container of sauce. She ended up throwing away most of her food as hers was covered in sauceand sesame seeds (she's autistic and can't tolerate sauces). Notice of the change would have been cool. I felt like a terribleparent eating at home while my child didn't find her food edible. I would have switched with her but I ordered a spicy beefdish. My dish was okay but I've never ordered it before and the zucchini was a bit slimy. I just usually get Mongolian beefwhich is so good. Terrible first impression. I decided to get delivery. I realized the delievery minimum is $30. I asked more than 3 times if I am... going to have exact change. They called me back after I placed my order to tell me the delivery fee went up to $6. Terrible. Read more

Yummi hits the spot. Every. Single. Time. The delivery is always suuuuuper quick and the food is amazing! I swear out of 30... years I’ve never had Chinese as good as this. It’s always HOT and FRESH! So flavorful and they many options. I’m not a bigfan of Chinese food. I only eat it every couple months when I get a random craving and they never disappoint! Idk how theydon’t have 5 stars. If I could give this place no stars I would. I just ordered orange chicken with fried rice. The young lady told me there was a... 2.95 up charge. So she told me about the dinner specials that I could get the fried rice with vegetables and the orange chickenfor 13 dollars. So I said cool let me get that. I had to get back to my job so I didn't look at the food before I left. When Iopen my food I did not get what I ordered. So I called the restaurant and told them that you all gave me general tos chicken andthat is was so spicy that I could not eat it. The young lady said let me get my manager. He gets on the phone and I explain tohim what happen. This man told me that orange chicken comes spicy I have to tell them I don't want it spicy. I told him I havenever eaten orange chicken spicy. This man told me well there's nothing I can do and hung up the phone. And then started blowingmy phone up that I had to block the number. This was my first and last time ever eating here. I would not recommend anyone toeat here. The young lady at the front was very sweet but the manager needs to learn better customer service. Read more
