I placed an order for a meeting of 6 plates of 6 pieces of tenders and they just put 4 on each. I asked before l left and they... said "Yes you have six in each". I then called to address the issue and a rude worker answered disregarding my complaint andsaid theirs nothing she can do about it. Just went in at 10:52 and used restroom and washed my hands. I went to place my order and was told lobby doesnt open until 11a... and that the drive thru was open. Im sure this location will do great. Read more

This is the worst Zaxbys I've ever had. The food is not fresh. I returned my food because it want fresh. All they did was mixed... the old with the the new. The manager got upset with me for returning the food a second time. This is unacceptable. Read more

I ordered a signature club chicken sandwich, loaded fries and a drink. My club sandwich had no bacon and the worker checked it... before putting my food in the bag. Obviously she didn't check good enough. Plus the app is horrible. Can't even scan or enterthe barcode to earn points. Don't think I'll return. I tried the link. It's not working. The inside look at the restaurant really suprised me. I thought it was gonna be a reservation style. But anyways, food is good.

Horrible customer service and bad food! Went through the drive-thru with a coupon for a free sandwich, was told we could get... any sandwich on the menu. However when we got to the window they told us we had to reorder a standard sandwich, which weobliged. They then told us we had to circle back around through the drive-thru so they could make the new sandwiches and said?we?ve already taken up 5 minutes in their line?. We circles through the line again, waited 25 more minutes, and arrived at thewindow to find out the sandwiches had never been made and we would have to park at the side of the restaurant and they wouldbring our sandwich to us. Final take away, after almost an hour waiting for two sandwiches was that the service was terrible andnot worth it for the mediocrity of the sandwich. Read more
