My first time dining at a Zaxby's. Happily surprised by everything. The interior decor is much nicer than a traditional fast... food restaurant. The cashier was very friendly and quick at the register. My food was outstanding. They do those delicious,fat crinkle cut fries with a perfect dusting of seasoning. I got the "kickin' sandwich" and it was a little spicy (I have a goodtolerance to heat) with a lot of flavor. Looking forward to coming again soon! Read more

Very clean and food was great. We were visiting from South Carolina and we wanted some fried mushrooms and this location didn't... carry them, we were shocked but nonetheless everything else was great and the employees were super friendly. Read more

Service was very slow, you had a few employees but only one was working. The young man was working the register, bagging food,... and basically doing everyone else's job. The food came out tasting wonderful, but all the employees need to be working not justone. Read more

I read the online reviews and I was pretty scared, but we were staying at the Courtyard across the street and it's so... convenient. We have never tried Zaxby's before today. We ordered online and they give you a 9 minute window. They have threeparking spaces for pick up orders. We arrived on time and she was just finishing our order. I got a couple of pictures of theinterior and we left. We each got a Cobb Zalad with grilled chicken and a kids meal so that we could try the chicken fingersand fries. To our surprise it also comes with Goldfish Giant Grahams. The Diet Coke that I ordered tasted awful, like carbonatedwater with no flavor. He got an unsweetened tea and it was fine. The Zax sauce is OK. They allow you to pick two salad dressingsfor your salad, which is nice. The chicken tenders were juicy and good. $31.91 total. Read more

Excellent new southern style chicken eatery. The club sandwich is fabulous with really fresh vegetables that complement the... perfectly cooked chicken. The wings are good but the best part is that their ?insane? spicy sauce is REALLY hot? I?m tired ofmany places advertising supposedly really hot sauces and delivering a disappointing one?
