Great staff!! Milton was fantastic, took care of 16 of us, not one problem. The food was wonderful and cooked to... perfection. We have a house here in Orleans, we will definitely be coming by again. Maybe even a new favorite spot. Not surewhy we haven't eaten here in the past. Good job Lobster Pound, you have something here. Just need to get your name out there. Read more
They boast the best lobster roll in cape cod, now I haven?t had every lobster roll in the cape but I will say theirs was spot on... to my liking!! The meat was tender and perfectly balanced with the amount of mayo. The toasty buttery roll was perfection.Definitely enjoyed my meal. It was early so it was very quiet. The server was attentive and nice. The coleslaw was homemade andhad a hint of Dijon mustard I think which was delightful. The prices were not crazy and I would certainly return. Great place!! Food was good, but a little over price. Out side seems like it needs to be painted. A large place but no fun crowd atmosphere.... I would go back, I liked picking out the lobster from the boat tank. Tropical Music would have been nice, to add to theambiance of the decor. Read more
Very good experience! My mother had broiled scrod and it was wonderful! I always love a good fish 'n chips entree and this was... one of them! My 9 yr old son had a cheeseburger and fries, and you know kids...it was devoured! Our server was attentive,knowledgeable and very warm. Food going out to other tables looked just as delicious as ours! Read more

First impression was no one was there in the restaurant. Waitress could barely speak English and every question we asked about... the menu she knew nothing. We finally asked to speak to the manager and she brought her supervisor over who also had brokenEnglish. She also could not answer any questions about their menu. We finally gave up and left. Would not recommend at all. We ended up going to the Lobster Claw. Great restaurant! Read more
We eat here every year and love it! The staff is amazing and friendly, the "pick your own lobster" boat is a favorite of the... kids, and the food is exactly what you want - great! The stuffed lobster is my go-to, but everything else on the menu is greattoo. Including the jerk chicken. Read more
This place is good for families. Friendly staff, cute kid's meals that come in sand buckets, and decent clam bakes. Clam chowder... is good, and you can also pick your own lobster from the lobster boat or get a great deal with the twin lobster offer (2one-pounders). Food isn't amazing (mussels were a little tough) but it was a nice experience overall. Read more
