It's Wendy's. That's not a bad thing, but it's still just fast food. Service is fast and the food is.......fast food.
The food was what you expect, good when it's warm. Drive through at this location (Orleans, MA) leans toward the long side with... little reasoning as to the delay. The prices are fair if you know how to maximize a value meal. I've been burned at drivethrough, so now I check the meal upon receiving it and driving away, because they're us nothing worse than getting out of lineand finding you don't have any dipping sauce for your nuggets, or a spoon for the frosty. Extremely nice workers. But because it's the only fast food in the area so it is stupidly busy.
Twice here, twice my order was horribly wrong. First time, guy not so nice or quick in correcting it. Second time, the young... girl was apologetic and very nice about correcting it in a timely manor. Food is always good, but the special orders seem tohave been a challenge at this location. Update. Since going in and avoiding drive thru everything has been great. The peopleworking the front don't speak English very well, but are very polite and try very hard. Orders are correct and good. Want to get laughed at derisively? You're in luck! Just ask if this Wendy's serves the Wendy's veggie burger. You don't even... have to order it, just ask and you will get mocked free of charge. You guys know I'm the customer right? And this is arestaurant? The deal is I pay you for what I want and you give it to me. I didn't ask if I could get a big mac or a whopper, Ijust asked if this Wendy's served Wendy's food. Went in for my vetran's day free breakfast combo. Staff was very pleasant, food was up to Wendy's standards. Altogether OK.
