Food was not very good. Onion rings had a lot of seasoning on some and none on others. Almost no mayo or grilled onions on my... burger. It's like they don't have any idea what they are doing. Place is not very clean. Newly renovated, dirty tables, stickyfloor and disgusting bathroom. A little attention and all is good. It can only get better from here. I hope they try. Read more

Pretty good A&W location in Orleans. Ordered the spicy habanero chicken sandwich and frozen root beer plus fries. Pricey though... as it came out to $16 and the frozen root beer wasn't that great. Read more

I ordered at this location today for lunch. I normally really enjoy a&w however today was awful! My teen burger seemed to have... been sitting and was cold. I took a bite and for some reason it tasted like fish!!! Gross! 100% I will not be going back here! Iwent thru the drive thru. And lemme tell ya for 8freaking dollars for a burger I expected way way more! Gross. Will never everBe back here. Read more

I went through the drive through at 1:30 this afternoon and ordered a teen burger, sweet potato fries and a root beer. The... burger, while nicely put together, was cold - then the sweet potato fries were cold too! Had I been eating in I would havereturned everything. I was not happy! Read more

Great service and very friendly staff. Food was hot and delicious. I just wanted to add that we were here June 18,2022 at... 11:00pm and there was one young lady working at the front who was being harassed by a man outside. He kept tapping on thedrive/thru window and wouldn?t leave her alone. She deserves a raise for how she handled the situation. I appreciate her and allthe young workers so much. If you see this I hope you?re okay?? Read more

Used the chubby chicken coupon on app, the server was super nice and friendly. Sweet potato fries is a bit over fried but still... tasty, love the combination of yam fries and chipotle sauce, wondering if we can buy some. The restaurant itself is a bit gloomyand the garbage area seem to be disorganized. Read more
