Edited review for dine in: I didn't have a great experience for dine in. I can sympathize that it's difficult to serve a large... group, but there seemed to be a lot of staff available which could have helped make for a better experience. I definitely won'treturn for dine in. The food itself was really good, but it came out at very random times. Some people were still waiting onappetizers while others received their main meals. One girls order seemed to be completely forgotten-she ordered a salad whichshe received about 30 minutes after the first main dish came out - we had almost all finished eating by this point. Every timethe server would clear dishes he would lean into your shoulder (quite obviously, sometimes pushing you physically aside with hisbody). The Guinness was poured perfectly but it was nearly undrinkable - a first for me with Guinness! It tasted very off -could it be that the keg has been tapped for too long or was at the very bottom? The strawberry daquiri was rimmed heavily withsalt which was unexpected. A lot of the salt got into the drink changing the taste - ideally a sugar rim or none at all wouldhave been better. Read more
My family had the most amazing experience this week. We celebrated my son’s and mother’s birthday on the patio, and were... served by Jenna, as well as Tim, the manager. They both went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, catered to ournumerous food allergies, and set out two high chairs for our babies before we arrived. It was an all round good experience. Came once with family to celebrate and once for karaoke. They brought us a complementary... dessert with a sparkler to celebrate but there was no song. Restaurant is clean and we were able to show up with 9 people and beseated so that was a plus! I loved having karaoke here. Read more
It was way too hot, the ac was on but I don’t think it was working. The food is good, sometimes even great, but when your... dealing with the heat and trying to enjoy your food it makes it less pleasurable. It was so hot, that one family member wasfeeling as if they were going to faint due to the heat. The manager said there is nothing they can do, but if the customers andthe workers are sweating, then something is up. The manager said that it must be hot because people are going in and out of therestaurant. Even when people go in and out it should not be that hot, I mean even Starbucks is not that hot and it has itswindow open and people constantly going through. Read more
Drinks were tasty and the food was both delicious and reasonably priced. The manager JC went above and beyond to accommodate us... outside on the patio by turning on some heat lamps. Our waitress was also very friendly. Fishbowl Fridays were a hit with thefamily ! Overall great experience. Read more

Held my youth hockey team's end of year lunch at this location. They were great. We were a big group of 23, and the service and... food were great. Only reason I gave them 3 stars because the manager is greatl. The server we got, he was pathetic (lunch on 12 November). It... seems he wasn't happy to deal with us at the very first look. This kind of personality gives Boston Pizza a bad name. I went somany other locations (in Scarborough and at Carling,Ottawa) but it never happened to me. This place is supposed to be fun. Iwouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Steak I got was dry and overcooked but I asked for medium. I called him but hedidn't wanna deal with that and sent manager instead. This guy took care of us good. I tipped that server 20% for this lowquality service but he wasn't happy. This restaurant survives because of the brand....nothing else. So sad.... Read more
