Went on a Sunday morning, yes it was busy, was told 15 min wait which turned into 30, no big deal. Was seated, did not see... waitress for 15 mins. Placed our order. Asked to sub ham for xrta sausage, recieved backon instead.Food took about 40 mins tocome out. Again I know it was busy. Waitress had not come to check on us, to see if we needed coffee refill or anything. Someone else brings out our food, I ask them for more coffee, she gets our waitress, she refills my cup. Then that's the lasttime I saw her for about 40 mins. Finally asked for my bill. I know it's busy, but breakfast should not be a 2 hour ordeal.Flip side the eggs were perfect, and the potatoes were on point. So back of the house 5 star, front needs improvement. Judgingby the owners response. It seems they could be bothered to read my review. I was okay with the wait to get a Table, but if youread the review your question was answered, And your response was not needed. But this just cements the kind of SERVICE Iwould get if I came back. The only reason that I did not give one star is because our server JD was excellent. He was always smiling and took care of... us. Our hostess on the other hand, it was obvious that she did not want to be there. We arrived and told her we are six peopleand she proceeded to move some tables around in order to make a table big enough for us. In doing so, some of the pegs of thetable fell off, and some of the stabilizers also fell off, and she did not bother to fix them, resulting in two very wobblytables. After we fixed our tables by ourselves by crawling on the dirty floor, we very politely asked her if she could wipe downthe tables which were very dirty, as we had a baby and two very young kids. She went back inside grabbed a cloth and a spray andproceeded to do a quick single one motion wipe on only one of the two tables, without even moving the objects on the table. Zeroeffort basically not even covering 5% of the surface area of the tables. If the job of the hostess is to make the guests feelwelcome when they arrive and then she utterly failed. I know that sometimes we have a bad day, and I sympathize, but we shouldstay professional at all times. The cleanliness of the restaurant was below average. The menus that they gave us had foodstains on them. We asked for Nutella for our pancakes and found a hair inside the Nutella sauce. Our pancakes were undercooked. In general our food was just okay. Been to this location a good handful of times for dinner and my favorite thing has always been their fries. They're always... crispy and golden brown. Never burnt. Have always been satisfied with pretty much anything on their menu. This time around wehad the Ultimate Steak Sandwich and the Nashville Chicken Sandwich. I wanted my steak medium, and it was perfectly cooked. Myson's Nashville Chicken Sandwich was excellent as well. Service was also very good. Thank you. Read more
Ordered over easy eggs, sauce on side. Instead received scrambled eggs and NO sauce. It is rather upsetting that this is the... THIRD time this has happened. We even asked pretty please! Now we?re eating dry oily eggs again, and my son is upset that hisfavourite place keeps letting him down. As much as people hate picky kids, I?m one of the unfortunate few with one. Please dobetter. I've had takeout here make times and I've always been very happy with the quality. The sandwiches, wraps, and home fries are... made will with generous portions. On occasion they will slightly mix up the order but there haven't been any issues yet. Read more
I tried dining in to give this place a second chance and it just is what it is. Unfriendly hosts and servers, and really bland,... poorly thought out food. A starter dip that was cold, that was basically just shredded brick cheese laid on top of a bunch ofliquid cream cheese and with some chopped jalapeños thrown in. Nothing was really mixed, there was no unique taste, everythingjust tasted like its individual parts. It could have been so much better just warming it up or melting the cheese, but it waschilled. And chips that probably came from a bag from the grocery store in the same plaza. Very disappointing. Just mediocreservice and food all around. Read more
