The food itself was great and arrived on time. Personally, we just didn?t feel it?s enough bang for the buck. We ordered three... 7inch subs @ 63$ for delivery. I know it?s a new chain in Canada but restaurant is very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Chain is big on donations to... charities which is nice. Most important this is the food is amazing. We placed a pretty big order for the office. Everyone was happy with their sandwiches . I always get the meatball sub, but this... time I got the hook and ladder. It was a really pleasant change! The sweetness of the honey mustard with the Turkey is sogood! Also, super worth the price. I?m shocked that this massive sandwich I took a photo of was so cheap. Thank you for such agreat work lunch! WE purchased 7 subs at the cost of 100$, once returning back to the office we noticed that they had missed one of our... sandwiches. WE called them and they had no problem making the missing sandwich. We spoke with the manager and was offered a"take 2$ off your next order" coupon. I think that is sub par customer service due to the fact that not only did they forget oneof our subs, and we burned twice the gas to pick up the food. I think at least a free sandwich would have been a bettercompensation than a small coupon. The food was delicious I just am not impressed with the way the manager handled this. UPDATE:the situation was quickly rectified, i think i got them at a busy time or just an off day. Management has taken the time out oftheir day to go over the situation. GREAT FOOD GUYS Read more
We went a couple of weeks ago and it was perfect very good, so we decided to go back yesterday. They ended up giving our order... to someone else. They did not check if in fact it was this person's order so she walked out with our order. So when webrought it to their attention they apologized and said they would make ours again right away. Well we got it home it was notexactly as ordered. No compensation was offered or given. It was disappointing. Read more
