Had lunch there yesterday for the first time, and will definitely head back if I'm in Orleans again anytime soon! I have to admit, I was very skeptical despite the reviews. I've often been let down by Indian food in Ottawa. But wow.... Everything was insanely good. Really nice levels of spice, a good variety in flavor profiles, actually tender and juicy chickenbreast in the butter chicken, and really complex flavors. And those portions are very, very generous. Taking a bite of thebutter chicken and seeing the sauce soaked through the cuts of chicken told me all I needed to know. There's a lot of care inthese dishes. The channa masala was wonderful. Tender chickpeas absolutely packed with flavor and spice. The navrattan kormawas the surprise hit. The wife loves creamy coconut dishes, vegetables, and paneer.
