made phone order 5:27PM given 25 min cook time, I arrive 6:03 PM.. to over hear manager discussing how they screwed up order for... lady been waiting 20 mins already.. given choose meat lover box instead of what customer order or can wait another 15 mins forthere actual order.. pay in cash.. manager goes get food.. manager offer lady 2 bags of bread sticks to make up for long waittime gave them out of pick up order area... manager goes to back to handle more food with hands just touched bare money with(gross health food fail)...I finally get to pick up my order.. same manager blankly look back to pick up area.. my order with 2bread stick that was just given away... ask what type deal was going to get scent my order wasn't ready.. manager said if werearrive on time to pick up my order.. it's not his fault.. i can either wait or leave without my food... I advise him justwitness gave part my order away to another customer for screw up you did.. now you screwed my order.. gave me same choose waitor can leave without my food... so not make my family wait longer place order else were.. had no choose too waited till 6:30 toget my order food.. over hour wait cook time... rude service.. not clean.. handling bare food after having hand to hand contactwith other customers, i expected they going to be some surprise searches from Canadian Food Inspection Agency.. this locationwont be open much longer.. be ware customers. Service was not great tonight. Took 25 min to pickup a large pepperoni pizza. I had to remind the guy behind the counter two... times about my order. It seemed everyone else, including those Skip the Dish guys, were in the same boat. Read more

Ordered last night and waited close to 2 hours for pizza this place is orleans biggest circus a bunch of kids running it The... night manager they use to have was the friendliest and knew all our orders and names and was great with kids she kept thingsmoving and food out on time bat girl was the best this place just needs to close its doors My wife took photos of our pizza andI will be posting it?s embarrassing 2 hours to wait and the pizza was as bad if not worse in comparison to pizza pizza Read more

They won?t start an order ahead over the phone, then quote you 10 minutes and make you wait 20-30. After waiting that long you?d... think it would at least be cooked all the way, but no the centre is consistently undercooked and even just pepperoni collapsesit into a mess you can?t eat with your hands. Pizza? you can?t eat with your hands. Come on guys, do better. Read more

Store order ID 178065 for Pineapple and (1/2) ham, came pineapple and red pepper, one tomato, a few green pepper crumbs, maybe a... yellow pepper(?). See photo. Other order was fine. Super friendly staff that interacted with my kids as we waited for our pizza. Gave them some cookies and really went out of... their way to make our very short wait pleasant. I've never thought to review a little ceasars before, but the more recent badreviews below are the exact opposite of what we experienced yesterday. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definately go back. Read more

I just had a very rude manager over the phone. I ordered my pizzas through the little Caesars website. They then use doordash to... deliver it. One of my pizzas was made incorrectly. At first I was told to call doordash to resolve the issue. But I argued thatit was their enrror, not doordash. I didn't order through doordash, I ordered on little Caesars website. She told me that I wasbeing rude because I couldn't understand why they couldn't just make the correct pizza and send it to me. She said she wasdealing with a missing employee, new employees and her own boss. I don't see how that should affect me getting the correct ordersent to me. She then told me that she didn't want to deal with me, so I had to call the 1-800 number to get help. I could tellshe was overwhelmed with her job, but she shouldn't take it out on the customer. She should also, as a manager, takeresponsibility for her employees. In the end, the lady at the 1-800 number was super nice and apologized for the experience andgave me a refund. I didn't want to have the correct pizza sent because I won't be ordering from that location again. EDIT: Theowner got ahold of me and was very apologetic for what happened. Understaffed is an understatement. Absolutely horrible service, waited 45 f-ing minutes for a cheese bread with no regard at all... when it was finally ready just a take this and get out basically. Absolutely ridiculous. Last time I ever visit this littleCaesar?s, would highly recommend going to absolutely any other pizza place or even making it at home as you could preheat theoven and cook it faster then going here.
