Ice cream is very unique and good, but customer service is horrible!! I waited atleast 5 min at the front while hearing them... talk in the back. Then the guy proceed to ask ?can I help you?. He also tells me I could ring the bell, that?s hidden with nosign. No energy or smile, basic manners was missed. Read more
Went there with the family on a Saturday night really hot day trying to get some ice cream. Tweedledee and tweedledum were... working they only filled up the ice cream in the cup up to the brim most ice cream places you go they actually top it up,apparently they weigh their ice cream maybe they should weigh it a bit more so that it actually goes over the cup. Also werehesitant to let me sample the flavors, then were missing the two main flavors that I wanted. If you know double chocolate isvery popular why not order more? If I could give 0 stars I would. The 2 guys working there tonight were rude and didn't listen to anything I said at all. They... had barely any flavors available which I have never experienced. And it was visibly dirty. I asked a very clear question and gotlooked at like I was crazy and told an answer which then he continued to give me attitude. He didn't seem to care at all and Ileft unhappy and without ice cream. So I will not come back here again as this is not up to the standards that are usuallyupheld here. Need new staff asap. The owner blatantly snubbed us on toppings! Not going back to this place. We all ended up with vanilla cones/shakes when we... asked for specialty ice creams. We could have gotten this from McDonald?s for a FRACTION of the price. My biggest pet peeve arecheap and stingy business owners it?s a really bad look. Read more
Yesterday we picked up a 9 inch Lion King Theme Ice Cream cake from Marble Slab Orleans and we wanted to say thank you very much... to the Owner for a job well done.
