Waited forever to get my meal, I even used the kiosk. Then I bought 4 apple pies for dessert for my brother and I, and they were... ice cold. Told the worker, who told the manager, manager said that he can reheat them. Almost 30 mins later, we finally got ourhot apple pies. Read more
I'm not one to write a ton of reviews online, but my experience here was so terrible that I have to share. They took my money... and did not provide me with my food. When I arrived at 10:55pm, the "24hr" drive thru was blocked off, store was closed, butsaw lots of people getting take out orders from the window. So, I pulled open the McD's app on my phone and ordered for pickup. After waiting a few minutes, an employee came to the window and said my mobile order would be ready soon. At 11:00pm, most ofthe employees left and it switched to the overnight staff. At 11:20pm, I had still not received my meal. I asked the staffagain (this was now a new employee), who went to get her manager. The manager told me she did not have my order, with noexplication whatsoever. I showed her the order right there on my phone. She said she does not have it in her system, that Ishould just cancel it on my end. Since the order was already placed with the store, there was no option to cancel. I asked herto provide the order I PAID for or give me my money back. She refused. Frustrated, I walked away since this manager wasclearly going nowhere and it wasn't worth the $20 I just wasted. I will NEVER be returning to this specific location, as Idon't like being stolen from. I was treated poorly earlier today for asking for a full drink (my drink was 70% filled). I hope the person who is feeling... negative will have a better day. I understand this is a hard job but that's not a reason to treat people poorly. Ended up payingfor an additional drink and yet it wasn't filled on purpose. I was very polite and said thanks on hopes I would make them feelbetter ???? but there is only so much one can do. Read more
Ordered through skip the dishes. When food was delivered the fries were lukewarm, the burgers were smashed together that all the... toppings were in the wrapper and not on the burgers. Asked for ketchup and sauces on the side( which you pay for) and those wereall missing. This is not the first time that this location has been terrible. Completely unacceptable Read more
BE CAREFUL HERE. It used be one of the best before. Nowadays Getting an accurate or completed order is a big struggle at this... restaurant. Although they have many staff, very little care is given to accuracy of the order. You really need to verify yourorder twice before you leave the store - there is a very good chance the order is missing something.. And they don't evenapologize for their mistake. Read more
Well, I love this location and yes sometime they do make mess of orders but their food is sooo good. I have tried other... McDonald's and it just, not the same.Even when they do mess order they fix it. Tonight they forgot to give me fries with one ofmy meals and after calling them they offered to fix it and they did.I will go again :-) after all no one is perfect. Read more
Terrible that they just close their door when they are supposed to be open and they say they can get their staff to come in.... Everyone had to go through the drive through and was really slow. Read more
