Decided to order based on good reviews?what a disappointment. Thin crust wasn?t thin at all, excessive amount of cheese?more is... not always better, especially in cooking something as traditional as Pizza, but I?m sure not everyone will agree with me onthis. Wont recommend it or try again either. Delivery was very fast though. Read more

Best bang for your buck experience. Ordering directly online from their website was easier and more cost effective. Delivered... hot and fresh, edge to edge toppings, and friendly delivery service. $50 all in for delivery got us a medium 3 topping pizza,1lb wings, 1/2lbs breaded fried cheese curds,and 2 591ml pops. Their pizza is probably the best I have ever tried. I ordered a few days ago, and my kids and I were confused why it wasn't as... good as it usually is...so I checked the receipt to realize we ordered from the wrong location!! This location has the bestpizza, and their home garlic sauce is incredible! Their Greek salad is amazing with the perfect amount of dressing. I can relyon this place when I don't have time to cook! This place has some of the best pizza I've ever had. Where they fall apart is their customer service. We downloaded their app... and at first our experience was amazing. But 2 out of our last 3 orders using the app have been "cancelled" because they didn'trespond quickly enough. But still charged my card. Sure, the money comes back to me within a few hours but it is veryinconvenient for me to place the order and then have it canceled because they're "too busy". Need to figure this out. I wantto support my local business, but I will use Skip for the convenience if I have to. Read more

Milano Pizzeria on Innes is the only one I order from. Quality is always consistent. Delicious food. I usually order a Hawaiian... and a meat lovers pizza, but I recently discovered their club poutine and it?s now my favourite poutine! Basically take yourregular poutine with cheese, fries and gravy, and then load that bad boy with chicken and bacon!! AMAZING! We order it more thanwe probably should lol but it?s just so darn good. I've had Milano's at a couple locations and I have to say this is their best one ! I wanted to wait till I had their food twice... to be sure, but it's so good and vegan friendly! They have so many options for vegans and vegetarians. I myself am a vegetarian,so this was perfect. Read more

On Feb 14 2020 I placed an order through skip the dishes at your 3848 innes rd location. the order was delivered and the pizza... was crushed onto one side. I dealt with skip the dishes for my refund and call the store to reorder my food and stated that Iwould pickup this order. The person on the phone told me that next time I should just use their drivers as they have had issueswith skip the dishes before. When I went to pickup my order another employee(might be the store owner not sure) told me that itwas not their fault for how my order was delivered and that I had to take ownership because it was my choice to use skip thedishes. I told him that it should not fall on to the customer to discover which of the delivery services that they provide isgood is which isn't. He then told me that next time just use the store drivers and I won't have this problem. I informed himthat it shouldn't matter who I order from, whoever delivers your product is representing your company at that time and if youare having an issue with one of your contracted delivery services then stop using them. He told me that I should've not use themand it was my fault. At no point did anyone apologizes for this issues or inconvenience. I was not expecting to order toreplace for free or anything but to be told that it's my fault and not to ever receive any apology is outrageous and tells thatthis location cares very little for their customer or their product. This is one of the worst customer service experiences Ihave ever had. Read more
