If I could give 0 stars I would. We've ordered from this Orleans location several times and never had issues. This time, we... ordered Gluten Free tacos and were given FLOUR wraps for them instead of the Gluten free wraps. Now my daughter, who isallergic, has thrown up 3 times and is still doubled over in utter pain! DON'T EAT HERE IF YOU ARE GLUTEN FREE!! Read more

Initial experiences were great a few years ago, but seems to be a new team in this restaurant: on our last 2 experiences, the... personnel were just unfriendly, rude, impolite and impatient. Overall very bad experience and won't go or order there anytimesoon. Server was impatient and slopped ingredients onto tacos as if he was actively trying to make a mess. Then at the end he tipped... the container on the side to hand it to me spilling all of the contents out of the tacos. Been here twice in the last few weeks, was very disapointed both times. The first time I was here, I was served my someone who... appeared to be a supervisor and she was quite rude and was unwilling to let my gf and I split the bill. Returned today to spendover $11 on a burrito smaller than my hand (that's without any extras like guac). They are very conservative with their portionsand fill the burritos much less than other locations. The only redeeming factor was that food tasted decent but there wasn'tmuch there to enjoy. Mucho Burrito is awesome, and this is a great location. I even viewed the other reviews and any negative review the owner has... taken the time to respond and try to make things right, that is not common to see in many food chains nowadays. Personally, Ijust got out of there, and the guy wasnt chinsey with ingrediants at all (see photo). Everything looked fresh and the place wasclean. I really had nothing bad to say at all, and definitly recommend trying it. Only downside, I'm too full now. :) Read more

The food is awesome, it is kind of unique that it?s not exactly all that Mexican but has a lot of the characteristics of... Chipotle and the like. Their prices are not the cheapest but the food is worth it as it is freshly cooked and flavourful. Thestaff has been friendly over the last two years and their website has all the nutritional information data needed to know whatyou are eating exactly. The hot salsa here is amazing and the fresh veggies are pretty good. Always go for the Carne Asada.Also, the guacamole is not the best with the chips, stick to it in a burrito and have queso and mix it with hot sauce... magicalstuff. Read more
