Ordered a chicken noodle soup and got just broth mind you COLD broth with a wet bun. Absolutely disgusting.

I've been wanting to provide feedback for a long time regarding this location. I feel it is truly important to recognize great... people, especially in a time where people seem too busy to do so. The Trim road location is always very clean, wellmaintained, but most of all, the staff are incredibly friendly. You get 5 stars from me, because of one special lady inparticular. I wish I had her name, she is blonde and she works at the drive-through almost every weekday morning. She is oneof the friendliest people I've encountered, especially at a very bus drive through location which can be stressful. She isALWAYS smiling, ALWAYS positive and she makes my day, I look forward to wishing her a great day everyday and she puts a smileon my face. We need more of this in our lives. I am certain the managers know who she is and I want to thank her for suchgreat service everyday!!! I hope that she is recognized for her amazing service. Thank you!! Read more
