I really like the customer service of a lady who was working on window, her name was Sukh.
I normally go to this location as it is close to work. The morning people are really good ( man with nose pieced and older lady... ). I went today the lady seemed clueless, i asked for a cravable roast beef sandwich I drive up she says 7 I said thats for acravable she said yes. They hand me the roast beef sandwich. She was confused as to what to do. She left the window expecting meto drive off. Which I asked for my sandwich its not the same thing ( exactly ). I normally dont complain but this has happenedmore than once. The manager refunded me and charged me for my proper sandwich... i get to work the cravable is good but mycoworker opened the roast beef one and it had gross lettuce on it. Went today to get some timbits and stopped at Tim's on Frank Bender and Innes rd. Great little place, inside C convenience. I... had to wait for 2 min but it was worth it, timbits were so fresh and place was real clean.Two employees very busy but nice. Afternoon men that work there don't even bother acknowledging you as they serve you. I say hi and thank them and 1 especially... doesn't even bother talking...at all. Only redeeming thing is their morning staff who are great...especially Margaret who worksdrive thru. Read more
