Didn't finish my review. We go to Agave when we are in Ormond. The food is fresh and wonderful. My favorite is the Pollo... Poblano. I order it each time my husband likes the Quesadilla and chicken enchiladas. You simply can't go wrong here.. Read more

Restaurant was clean, had high ratings, and we were shopping just a couple of doors down. They seemed to be a bit short staffed... but in the end service was acceptable. One guy was working the host station, waiting tables, bussing tables, and was behind thebar. Yet, he covered it all. The customary chips & salsa were average. The queso and chips were quite good. We both orderedMexican pizzas. They were well prepared, attractively presented, but in the end we both thought that they fell well short onflavor. Awesome Mexican restaurant located in the shopping plaza near Publix. Ordered enchiladas Durango and received a huge plate with... three enchiladas, rice, and beans. Huge portions, great place. Read more

Fantastic experience! My husband and I enjoyed the Agave burrito, and my son and mother in law enjoyed the California burritos.... We also ordered margaritas and were pleasantly surprised to find out it was during happy hour and they were 2 for one. They weredelicious! We brought our dogs and sat at the outdoor patio seating. The service was great and the food was excellent. It’sthe best Mexican food we’ve had in FL! We live nearby but this will be a regular stop for us when we visit the beach. Read more

I’ve had the Primavera Salad before and it was delicious. Today I got the same thing and received it on a bed of what is... probably less than a handful of shredded lettuce, the pecans were not caramelized, and there were no oranges or cranberries.Also, it was COVERED in shrimp?? The salad does not come with shrimp and I do not like shrimp. Luckily I got a refund throughthe delivery service but still wanted to post about the entire lack of quality assurance or care from this restaurant. The location is great and the food is good however the restaurant needs improvement on regards to how they clean it. It smells... like bleach combined with dirty rag and dirt. And the table where they sat us, still had food crumbs from the people who satthere prior to us and everything feels sticky. As if it was cleaned with a dirty rag. To me, the first thing that I want in arestaurant for it to be clean. More than anything. I don't care if the furniture is old and I don't care about the decorations..if I'm gonna eat there, i would love for it to be clean. The lack of hygiene at the restaurant where everyone can see, makes mewonder about how the food is handled back in the kitchen, where we can't see..
