Lovely atmosphere, professional friendly service, and good eats! First visit but have only heard good things from others who... have eaten here. Very chill dining environment and the food was good. All the folks working were super nice and it was a veryenjoyable dining experience. This will definitely be added to our local restaurant rotation. Read more
What a wonderful place. Artisan is the best description. Coming here from Dallas, I've missed this tavern feel and Burntwood... nailed the ambiance. However, the best part about it is the food and drinks. They infuse liquor with strawberries...blueberries... and the food was absolutely amazing. Firecracker shrimp, smash burger, tuna carpacci, and the strawberry wafflesdessert... OMG ???? what an awesome place. Will be coming back often. Read more
4th time trying Burnt Wood. I want so badly for it to be good as it's really close to work. Today I got a burger and tavern... tots. Burger was supposed to be well done, but after one bite I see it's very pink. Burger had good flavor but was just way toopink for me to eat. ???? Read more
We are stoked that The Trails is finally getting some good restaurants, like Burntwood. We most recently ordered the tater tots... and angus sliders as appetizers, then the Burntwood Burger and Wedge salad for entrees. We shared an apple tart and coffee fordessert. Everything was perfect. (I'm still trying to figure out how they did the Tots.) We would recommend this to anyone.Outdoor seating is great. Definitely worth trying. Read more
Located in the old Panera location in the Trails. Nice ambiance, good music not too loud. We are glad to have been here 3... times. We tend to eat light, a late lunch, and an early happy hour dinner. It is best to go at an off hour because they do tendto get busy after 5:30. Coming for a late lunch we just had to wait while they cleaned a booth, which we preferred, a table wasavailable. We enjoyed the steak salad, the steak was tender, medium and still warm. We enjoyed the zucchini chips but was alittle small of a portion for $10. The wait staff is very friendly, Kat was ours on our anniversary, and the manager helped uswith getting signed up for the VIP card. Always leave room room for the strawberry shortcake waffle, with strawberry gelato,we've had it all three visits. It was nice to meet Shakespeare behind the bar. Overall good experiences. Read more
Had a very enjoyable dinner here. Wife's brother was in town and she had wanted to try Burntwood out. Our waitress Becca was... awesome. We ordered the smashburger (special price on wednesdays), fish and chips and the ribs. The manager went above andbeyond by coming out and telling us the ribs seemed a little tough and probably hadn't been in the smoker long enough. He thenoffered the sirloin steak and I talked him into the same price as the ribs. Didn't take much talking. He was awesome too. Allthe food was well prepared and very tasty.
