Second time now that this location has been lackluster. When I got to the window, they were talking about the previous customer... and said "Well I messed up her order... oops! Oh well she's gone now." And then the team at the window proceeded to laugh. Idid not ask for crackers or anything extra in my meal. My bag had probably 20 packs of smashed and half open cracker packageswith crumbs that spilled all over the bag itself and then into the interior of my car. I am disgusted. There is no care givenwhatsoever. The prices are exorbitant for the overgrown adult children you deal with that treat food service like recess.Whoever manages this location should be embarassed. Outstanding food and customer service! I can?t say enough good things about this place! We had the chicken bacon cheese salad on... a croissant. The Sassy Scotty. We had pasta and broccoli salad for our sides both were great! And watermelon ice tea is one ofmy favorites!!! The strawberry lemonade was also very good! The atmosphere was great! This place is amazing. I was quite skeptical the first time my wife made me come here but the food, and the environment, is... wonderful! I'm simply hooked on the Kickin? We've been to a few chicken salad chicks. They're all pretty good. The chicken salad is good if basic - my wife and I lean... towards more onion, whereas csc leans towards less onion. I got the one that was heavier on the onion and it was still prettylight, but not bad. The employees are all nice and service oriented. The places have all been clean. Read more

Never heard of chicken Chick...let's goooo!! Menu had a lot to peak my interest for sure. Never knew chicken salad could be done... so many ways. What a great business idea as there is zero wait time! Sandwich was awesome!! Mine had cranberries, walnuts, etc.Broc cheddar soup was delicious. I didn't expect a cookie in my meal...let's taste. OMG...OMG..OMG!!! Melted in my mouth!!Bringing a huge smile to my face now remembering how delicious and satisfying this simple little cookie was. Wow! Not only is Chicken Salad Chick one of my favorite healthy ?fast food ? lunch choices, but it is a pleasure to actually go to.... Unlike some of those other fast food places, the employees are respectful, friendly and professional. What a refreshingexperience!! And, the food is absolutely delicious.
