We had the buttermilk chicken breast and trout and both meals were simply amazing. True value for money. But in particular the... buttermilk chicken breast was the best I've ever had. Service was outstanding thank you Savannah. although very late after 10:00p.m. on a Friday night and we were the only ones there true a1+ super friendly service. We'll definitely be going back to thisplace to try other foods. The food was delicious and the cashier was the sweetest. However, they were out of one of the items we ordered. That was ok, the... manager was really sweet and offered a replacement (not free, of course). Then another item we ordered was taking longer thanexpected. The waitress said it would be a ?few minutes?. 45 minutes later the whole party was done eating and the one item stillwasn?t done. That member of the party (a child) didn?t get to eat because of this. The waitress was not clear about how long itwas going to take. Had we known it was going to take that long we would have ordered something else. When we brought it up tothe cashier she was very sweet and sympathetic of the situation, but the manager completely changed her attitude from before andabsolutely would not do anything to rectify the situation. We did eventually get the item, as we were checking out, but thechild in our party had to wait nearly an hour longer than everyone else to eat?.in the car. Our family of 10 was returning home from vacation when we stopped at Cracker Barrel for breakfast. We had to wait nearly an hour... to be seated. After numerous trips to speak to the hosts about seating, someone in our party requested that they divide thegroup and seat us at two tables. The food was great and our waitress, Lisa did an excellent job. The hosts receive 0 stars foraccommodating their customers and Lisa gets 5 stars. Read more

The meal was typical Cracker Barrel. Plenty of food well done. No issue there. However my wife got the new Strawberry Mimosa.... Gotta say... really? Check out the photo. My waitress charged us 4.99 for our biscuits and brought us not fresh biscuits and only four. The manager was shocked to see... this and said this will take mea minute to figure out saying that she charged you for something that was complimentary! First of all iced tea usually comes with ice I mean it?s in. The name. It is usually customary to also drop off straws as well... not have the customer have to go to kitchen to retrieve them. Also since when do you deliver a glass bottle of root beer to a 5year old child with the bottle cap still on and it takes two waiters and a trip to the kitchen to get it off? Friendly and prompt service on a late Sunday afternoon. We ordered the pot roast, served in an individual pot, and meatloaf... dinners with mashed potatoes and vegetables. The green beans were well seasoned and flavorful. Fresh warm biscuits added to themeal. Read more

Dined here this morning 08/23/2021 with two friends! I ordered the Cracker Barrel's Country Boy Breakfast, which includes 3 Farm... Fresh Eggs, Hashbrown Casserole, Fried Apples, Grits plus your choice of Sirloin Steak, Sugar Cured or Country Ham with all theFixins! Biscuits and Sawmill Gravy. Aldira our waitress was great, she was very friendly, welcoming and attentive with asmile!!!
