Horrible service today around 6:30pm for a poorly made product. The proof is in the picture. All of these are "Black Ice... Coffee's" & were bought from the same place 2 days apart but look really different & someone that has worked there for well overa year can't tell you why it's like this more often then not at 2 different store fronts? I worked in a kitchen & this place hasbecone very disappointing which is very sad too say because I have been visiting DD since I was a small child & all the way upthe East Coast of the US. 0 consistency anymore. I'm 71 and grew up in Pennsylvania where the only coffee shop chain was Dunkin Donuts. Period! 60 years ago I liked their donuts... and I still do! AND I'll take DD coffee over that "other" big chain any day if the week...but I like to 'buck' the trend.???? Great hot and iced coffee drinks and if you haven't ever tried any of their breakfast sandwiches, you should; they'rereally good! And I like their little hash browns. It is getting to be I don't even want to stop there anymore. What rude and nasty workers. The last 3 times I went. Kill them... with kindness does not work. Why spend my money there. Some short heavy set girl today. Just not nice...Your made to feel likeyour a bother. I have complained in the past of this same thing at same store. Guess boss/ owner don't care. Read more

Went in a little before 8pm tonight. The place is supposed to close at 9pm. The girl behind the counter was very rude. Couldn?t... even get my sentence out asking for a plain bagel before she said she had none and cut me off very quickly. Everything was putaway. They locked the doors to close at 8. Maybe they should change their hours? I don?t know. I would?ve given less stars basedon my interaction with her but the guy who made the two coffees did a good job. Both were great. Read more
