Excellent and fast service. Food was excellent. Our waitress was very personable and kind. (Unfortunately, i cannot remember... her name) My only complaint was that I asked for a little extra sausage gravy but they wanted to charge me for a bowl. I justwanted like an extra spoonful or 2. To the management....that's petty and may upset someone to the point that they will cause ascene or perhaps give a bad review. Is it worth the hassle? Other than that, everything here was great. Super cute place for breakfast and lunch! Food was prompt and delicious, coffee was great! Completely stepped out of my stuffed... french toast norm and went for the Philly Benedict. If I?d known it was on an English muffin I wouldn?t have ordered it but I?mglad I did! Might have to give English muffins more consideration in the future! Just driving around looking for a place to eat and came across this little gem of a place. Parked and went inside. Was greeted... and seated immediately by the hostess. The waitress, Sara, took no time at all to get to my table and take my order. My coffeeand orange juice came out in record time. The food was presented very professionally, like it came out of a high classrestaurant. The eggs were soft and not over cooked. The biscuit was so warm and fluffy, with the sausage gravy drizzled all overit. The bacon was cooked to perfection, not too crunchy, not too chewy. The grits? consistency was just right. Tried this restaurant while getting my tire fixed down the street and I was very happy with my breakfast! My server, Diana, sat... down with me and went over the menu and made lots of suggestions while explaining all the food is homemade, including thegravies, sauces, biscuits, etc. I had the Greek omelet and strawberry flapjacks and they were fresh and delicious. I Love Flapjack Johnny?s ! I specifically go for the Irish Benedict. Best corned beef hash around in my opinion. The portions... are super huge, enough to split. The staff is very friendly and always have smiling faces. I highly recommend Flapjacks forbreakfast and lunch! Read more
