Some of the best and probably the most unique sushi I?ve had. We tried 3 specialty rolls - Fugu, Ormond by the Sea, and Tomoka -... and I honestly can?t decide which one was my favorite. The ceviche yuzu was also delicious. We are outside but the interiorlooked really cool too. Outside is a little loud by the main road, but if the temperature is right (which it was) you?d be dumbto eat inside, IMO. Read more
A primer Ormond Beach dining experience. If you want quality you won?t be disappointed. The food, service, decor, and location... are nothing short of outstanding. The meal was among the best available and the service was professional and super friendly.The unique style of the decor provided much to gaze at and the waterfront location was soothing. This place is lovely, spacious, with a great atmosphere. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. They have a... spacious out door seating area and the inside is nice and spacious as well. I?m hesitant to give this review since it is already hard to get seated at times, but it was so good. This is my third time... here. The quality of the fish is outstanding. It is my go to for a wonderful variety of flavors, food and drink. Real crab inseveral rolls and real wasabi on certain items. The staff is outstanding, and sitting at the sushi bar, I felt at home. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to provide the best service. Starting with hostess she... really came through under some difficult circumstances beyond anyone?s control. Our server Addison was very helpfulknowledgeable and patient. She did an amazing job The food was amazing perfectly prepared and served. The atmosphere was verynice. The overall experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend eating here. Very cozy and comfortable outdoor seating area. It has its own parking lot which is a huge plus in this location. The food is... good for Daytona?s quality. I would get their hot food or sushi rolls, because the sashimi is so sad and dry and small portion,but it?s very pricey. The rolls are not the best, but at least it won?t disappoint you so much. The price of food is even higherthan some Japanese restaurants in orlando, but the quality is not comparable. I?d come back only if I don?t want to drive toOrlando.
