I was eating at this establishment pretty much three times a week. One day I ordered a hamburger with everything on it and it... came without cheese as well as my friend who ordered the same exact thing. I told the waitress and she went into the kitchen forseveral minutes and I just went ahead and ate half of my hamburger before it got cold. She then came out with two pieces ofcheese using her hand that has been exposed to all kinds of things and folded the cheese in half and placed it on my burger. Iwas shocked so I refused to let this woman wait on me ever again which they complied to. The place was busy, but the staff were working together so well that service didn?t feel slow or held up at all. We only waited... a few minutes and everything was clean. Sabrina was our server, and she was probably one of the best servers I?ve ever had.People who work there really care. We will definitely be back. Read more

Not for the price this place is not good. It's clean the bathrooms are clean this stuff has good customer service. The food... quality needs to be improved on it feels like someone did not go to culinary school when they cook. It's not worth the price.Now if you're there to hang out great place. If you're a senior citizen it's a great place for you to hang out too. I say that'sbecause senior citizens have to watch what kind of food they eat and this food would actually fit in their diet. Because my boyfriend?s hometown is in Ormond, we go to Florida often and we eat at Houligan?s every time. We always order their... wings and chili cheese fries and it is always so good! Their waiters are very friendly which makes their customer serviceexcellent. I cannot wait to eat here again when I visit Florida again! Read more
Good food. Ordered the Fish N Chips. Came out hot and ready to be devoured? even like the Coke Slaw it is servers with. Close... to KFC?s if that tells you anything. Fish breading was tasty and crispy. White fish was flakey and tender. Would definitelyorder again. Read more

My daughter suggested we support our local businesses for the Saturday after Black Friday. So we decided to go to Houligan?s... Ormond Beach location. Greeted promptly and seated. It was all downhill after that. The table next to us who came 5 minutesafter us was soon eating and we had our drinks. Waiting on a salad and chili.. the table next to us was finished eating wingsand we were still waiting for our appetizers. My daughter asked for a water which was not brought to her. Appetizers came whichI enjoyed the chili. The wings came and brought me the wrong ones. I had to walk to get waitress. A few minutes later thewings came the smelled and looked burnt. The tasted dry and burnt. I asked for check and not sure if I would return since Ibrought this up to the manager who I feel does not value the customer experience.
