Terrible experience every time. The machines are always broken or don't have the 1 thing you go there for. Take the adult happy... meals for example; went on the day advertised they'd start having it and the didn't. Went for the next 5 days in a row and stilldidn't have it. Went a week later, still didn't have it. Never got it. Read more

Sandwiches were good but sloppily made. I ordered through the app with table service but after wait in a while went up to find... that my order had been ready. The app gave me a difference code and not an order number so I didn't know when they called mynumber. The table did not appear to be cleaned since the last person ate there. Read more

McDonald's is McDonald's the product is always at least good or better and today it was good The Mick ribb has returned to us... on its farewell to farewell tour of course we know from sports and music that sometimes there's 3 or 4 farewell tours I hadsome special instructions on how to prepare my unsweet tea and the sandwich and they were halfway done correctly but it was nota busy time with day at this particular location and it should have been right That being said I didn't enjoy my McRib and Iwill continue to do so until the make rib season is over Read more

Was OK service. I waited about 10 mins b4 they asked if I wanted my fries fresh because they didn't realize my stuff was there... the whole time. My 3 stars was for the cashier who was excellent regardless of the slip up. And the bag had everything in it. Read more

Between the whole lot of them, the crew in this place couldn't find their butt with both hands. I only wish that they could... automate the back line the way they've given the automated kiosks, and this probably wouldn't be too bad, considering that it'sMcDonald's. I think while I was waiting the 15 minutes to get my two breakfast sandwiches and coffee, they lost at least onecustomer who came to pick up a phone in or online order, because he couldn't get anyone to acknowledge Him at the counter for 5minutes. It really kills me how they have a sign on the door advertising $17 an hour for workers. When I was a kid and worked atmcdonald's, even the manager didn't make that much. Frankly, the franchise owner probably made about that much or a little more.It is amazing what money won't buy these days. As far as the food, it's everything you would expect from McDonald's. The serviceis what is terribly lacking. Read more

pulled into the Drive thru while on my way to work this morning at 8:45. I was the only vehicle in either of the two lanes.... After sitting for awhile a voice came over the intercom and said I will be with you in a moment? The next thing that happens is3 vehicles proceed in the other lane and place their orders and drive up to the window. Again, nobody contacted me in theoutside lane. After waiting & waiting, I drive up to the window from the outside lane and explain to the lady what justhappened. Her response was, she laughed?
