I'm finished with McDonald's. My last visit was not pleasant. I walked up to the counter to order and was told if I paid by... card I must go to one of the screens to place my order myself. Not being familiar with the process I stumbled through touchingthe wrong item by mistake and did not know how to remove. There were at least 3 employees standing around doing nothing with nointention of doing anything else. After placing my order for 1 meal I waited 15 minutes to get the order. While I waited Iwatched as 1 person prepared a to go order leaving everyone inside waiting for their order to come out. Wife here again!! Workers pretty rude here I hate McDonald's food to begin with it. Always makes my stomach hurt and not acid... reflux. I mean stomach pains, really if at all possible don't eat at any McDonald's. Its not real meat or how they put it ( Iworked at one or two) "Class D meat" what that really, really means the world will never know. but I do know it goes: A is greatB is good C is ok so if this was school when I got a D I failed. McDonald's is notorious for getting your order wrong, but u go to this one a lot and not one time have they messed up. And the... people in the window are super nice too. It's McDonald's, not a fancy restaurant, but if it's what you are craving, this oneis the best. Read more
The McDonalds in the big lots plaza in Ormond beach was my favorite go to spot for lunch. I have enjoyed many good meals here. ... Unfortunately that all came to an end today with an absolutely horrible experience that will most likely result in loss of manycustomers for this location. Today October 3rd the drive through line was 40 minutes. I was hungry and had a few emails towrite so I waited. When It was my turn at the order station the Team member greeted me with the statement, "CASH ONLY" nowelcome, no other words than "CASH ONLY". I replied, "I waited 40 minutes, You should have some sign posted notifying folksincase thy had only credit". The response was "do you want to place an order or not?" no sorry for the inconvenience, nothingjust a bold rude reply. It was convienient but no more of my money will be spent here. I'm no McDonald's expert by any means....and I don't frequent all Daytona area McDonald's....But in my opinion this is the best... McDonald's in town. They're always friendly, Swift, and keep decent prices. I will go out of my way to go to this McDonald's. Read more
Once upon a time there was a hungry customer hoping to have a enjoyable meal. When i got home i just happen to split my burger... so i can have some for later but to my surprise it was still completely raw. BE CAREFUL and i guess you have to check everysandwich before you eat it now. Read more
The restaurant is clean & the crew is always helpful and considerate. The cashier had trouble taking the order. I ordered: #7... cheeseburger meal. No pickles extra ketchup and onions. Ice coffee. I got: A coke Pickles on my burgers Cashier wanted to knowif I wanted my ice coffee with my meal??? bizarre visit. Read more
