I ordered a bread bowl of chili.. what I got was a bowl of chili with bread.. it?s not the same thing.
I order from the Ormond Beach location quite regularly, and though I usually overlook the manor inconsistencies today I just... could not. This location needs some serious help and restructure. Ordered breakfast with rapid pick up, app advised food will beready by 8:15, get there at 8:18 and food is still not ready. Wait around for almost 10 more minuets and the young man cashieris literally yelling for help to his other co-workers as the store is getting quite busy and orders are coming out wrong andthey just ignore him. Very chaotic for 8 in the morning, after I leave and try to zoom to work, I look at my pumpkin muffin andthere is mold on it....like literal mold (see pic) no that's not the pumpkin spice. The previous day, my sandwich came out withpractically raw egg on it when it is suppose to be scrambled, we stopped ordering coffee at this location because it comes outso disgusting. When we order for lunch I also use the rapid pick up and the food is NEVER in the pick up window, I have to flagdown a worker to ask for my food and they have to hunt it down for me. I love Panera and always justified spending $30 dollarson a breakfast or lunch for two because it was good quality and great service but now after finding the mold and the food beingsubpar, I can no longer justify how expensive it is. I will not be returning or ordering from this location and hope corporatetakes an investigation into this store. Read more

Wonderful dining experience across from beach, outside terrasse dining! Very unique restaurant. Lifely atmosphere! we arrived... late close to closing thanking the manager that he welcomed us despite. Friendly service. The Aragula salad was too small butdelicious. The breakfast and lunch options are delicious. Very much NOT fast food, but they do prepare it quickly for you to pick up on a... tray (with real silverware). I rarely make it past the bakery case without succumbing to temptation - it is sooooo good. Ienjoy meeting colleagues and clients in the open dining room. The WiFi is excellent! And, the coffee club is a heck of a dealat $8.99 a month (I think it is $12.00 a month to join now). With ample parking and a stoplight to get back out onto GranadaBlvd in either direction, you'll be refueled and on your way before you know it. Your tastebuds will thank you! Read more

It's really quite laughable. I ordered a few extra pieces of bread, 4 total...then handed 3 lil' packages of butter. I pulled... around and asked for more and was told by other employees there was a "butter shortage" and they refused to give anymore."Butter shortage"...huh? Walmart...Publix...both had butter lol. I sought with great enthusiasm this incredulous butter shortagebut ne'er had a found any other establishment that regularly serves butter...to be without lol. So amidst this horrific butterdrought at the Ormond Panera, I decided to bring them back the bread I bought and the 3 lil' packages of butter cause at the endof the day, we all have to do our part to help out these multi-billion dollar corporations with their painstaking challenges insimply not having the things they'll expect you to pay for despite having already paid for them. As it was described to me bythe quite stoich brunette manager in glasses, " we don't regularly offer butter with the bread" lol. I hope someone lessfortunate than I received the bread and an adequate amount of the precious, endangered butter. I just feel terrible for themillionaire owners of the corporation...tonight....we are butterless........ Unless you go anywhere else and buy it lol. Whata joke lol. Read more
