This is a great place for a fun atmosphere, great view and fresh seafood l!! I ordered the White Sangria. It was good - a... little more Peach flavor than I?m used to. The Fish, Shrimp and Scallops were very fresh and cooked perfectly. The side saladwas a good size -the blue cheese dressing was very good. My husband ordered the grilled scallops. What a nice place. The staff were very friendly (albeit new). It's a great view and ENTIRELY BUG FREE which is an absolutely... astonishing feat for an outdoor restaurant in Florida and it being on the water on an overcast day. The food was very tasty andfilling and not bad at all. Roughly $30 for two people, a chicken sandwich and burger, they were very good. Although I'd haveliked more fries! Check it out! Read more
Great meals, service and atmosphere. Sitting on the deck/patio overlooking the river is a good start to an evening meal. We... ordered the Crab Dip Appetizer, Scallops and Salmon. The crab dip was delicious as were the perfectly cooked scallops. Themashed potatoes were hot which never happens at a restaurant. The salmon was really good. The big WOW-Moment was the hushpuppies! We visited the RiverGrille on the way up to Jacksonville from Orlando because we got hungry and felt like we wanted seafood. Saw... the signs and then saw the reviews and said we have to try it out. Glad we did because the food and service was so good we cameback on our way back to Orlando 4 days later. We had the River Bluff combo on both occasions and it was fantastic. Great viewswhile sitting outside on the deck and a nice breeze to keep you cool. If you go you definitely won?t regret it. Great views and even better food. Second time coming to the River Grill, been each time we?ve been in the Daytona/Ormond Beach... area. Ordered the stuffed flounder and wasn?t disappointed. Our hostess was super nice and explained everything on the menu verywell. We came around 4 usually when dinner rush starts and didn?t have to wait long even after specifically asking for outsidedeck seating. Worth the wait and the prices for sure. Read more
I wish I had discovered this place years ago. Lots of decks at different levels overlooking the water. We got 1 of 3 special... tables in its own gazebo alone. The food was delicious. The employees were all nice. After eating we went out on the docks forphotos. The decor inside is awesome also. Read more
The service and scenery were wonderful. The host was pleasant as well as the server. The food was ok. The appetizer was... delicious, fried onion pieces, both red and white with a perfect sauce. We both had the same meal, mine fried and my daughterswas grilled. It was the seafood combo they have. It wasn't bad but, it wasn't as good as I expected. Read more
