I am absolutely horrified with the service I received today from this store. If I could give this store zero stars I absolutely... would. There was two girls in the front talking very unprofessionally about another worker. I believe there names were Nicoleand one that said her name was ally. I have never heard employees talking that badly. I come to this store every week and thesame two girls are always saying bad things about the job and complaining about who they are working with. I have never had apositive experience with these two. I?ve have to talk to three different managers about their behaviors and nothing was doneabout them. If Starbucks is okay with there employees downgrading other coworkers than I have no problem taking my money elsewhere. And I?m sure other people will agree. Read more
I have recently had several bad experiences with young people and how they treat their customers. Visited this Starbucks late in the morning hoping to miss the morning rush. Not so. We were in the drive thru line for over 20... minutes and when we said we had ordered ahead through the app, they kept asking if I had ordered through the app. It was justsilly. I was in this Starbucks just yesterday, watching as the manager got in the face of a disabled barista who from the knowledge I... gathered just had a hysterectomy, and proceeded to be the most ableist horrible person I?ve ever seen in public. I willabsolutely never return until this manager which I believe is named ?Shawn? is fired! Nobody should treat their coworkers insuch a horrible manner, especially after going through what nobody should deal with! The barista she yelled at was absolutelywonderful to us and it?s such a shame she was treated so poorly by management!!! Read more
