Food was pretty good. We hadn't had steak n shake in years! Be prepared to place your own order..they have... kiosks..credit/debit/cash. Caught the two of us off-guard but we can read so we were ok. The place was clean, not too busy andwe arrived about 2:00. One order of fresh hot fries, one order of onion rings, one double burger and one single burger, oneshake and unsweet tea for $22...fries& rings were small size. Everything going up!???? Read more
Last post I liked and enjoyed their food. But I've been going and the hamburger tastes like it's frozen and you know that Frozen... you cook it and I still has that watery taste to it and makes it the meat taste Raw. Plus the hamburger was cold it would seemhot so I don't know how long it's been sitting. The french fries don't taste the same now. It's like whoever's cooking isn'tcooking from the heart is cooking because he has he or she has a job and that's not a good way to cook. Read more

Ok so I have eaten here for 4 years and got good food, BUT now for some strange reason the super thin hamburger patties have a... skin on them, like a heel of bread. Why ? It looks terrible, not normal. I am scared to eat these. I got one normal lookingpatty and one with a skin on it . Happened twice now. So normally I would rank this a 3 because the bathroom needed a good cleaning but the manager was out cleaning tables and... emptying garbage. We talked to him. Staff calling in and or not showing up. As always we were served quick and the food wasexcellent. Read more
The young lady taking the orders and working the drive-thru was the most outstanding, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional... at her job I can ever recall! And I worked fast food from the bottom up to store manager for over 10 years! You are blessed tohave such an employee. The double bacon burger and onion rings were the usual good, but overall pricey.
