The wait to even put the order in is a bit ridiculous, having the same person making the smoothies also take orders seems... counterproductive. Then I?m watching my smoothie be made with brown bananas that?s absolutely disgusting and changes the flavorI would think the product would be fresher than that. Tropical Smoothie seems to always close early. We got there tonight at 8:45, open light was on, and door was locked. The... individuals inside ignored us even when we knocked as the time on the door for closing said 9. Glad we didn?t order onlineahead of time because that probably would not have been filled. We had been to this location previously and the food was donewell. We did, however, experience a disgruntled and loud employee who apparently had been fired without her knowledge and wantedeveryone to know. We will not be returning to this location. Read more

Always fresh and refreshing! They will modify their recipes to your tastes. I enjoy their Sunrise Sunset but ask them to make it... with Splenda instead of turbanado sugar and they happily do. They also have a nice array of add-ons like pea protein and others. Read more

My absolute favorite place I go to weekly for lunch! I love their Mango Magik smoothies and turkey bacon sandwiches! Only had... one bad experience there on smoothie day but other than that, staff are really nice and are always on time for online orders.Prices are alittle steep for a smoothie ($4) and sandwich ($8) combo...unfortunately we are in a recession so what can one do???? I went to Tropical Smoothie location at S490 Granada Blvd. Ormond Beach, FL. They were extremely unfriendly, unattentive and did... not greet me as soon as I walked into the establishment. When I walked in the store there were three teenagers, one was on liveFacebook, one stood with his back against the wall and hands in pocket and the other female was leaned over the counter. I feltuneasy but yet I still proceeded to walk to the counter. Once I got to the counter I said to the young lady, ?you all do notgreet customers when they come into the store?. While still leaning over the counter, she rolled her eyes and and muffled a?hey? as if I was disturbing her. The other two young men still did not acknowledge a customer in the store. I proceeded toleave because I refuse to spend my money where I do not feel welcomed. I love Smoothie Cafe, it?s one of my favorite places toeat and it?s so unfortunate that they have these teenagers with lack of customer service working without supervision. Read more

I Ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap online for pickup.. speedy turnover. Nice and quiet, very convenient and healthy! That?s... always a plus.. I love the cleanness if this establishment.
