Food was well made, so no complaints there. But, after waiting in the drive thru line for 24 min, I would hope it was at least... good. Probably one of the slowest fast food experiences ever! Wendy's is not essentially my favorite place to go. Because one the price is are too expensive and not in my budget two I really... don't like much of it their food. They're fries are usually dry and overcooked which I always reminded today again. Therechicken nuggets don't have any flavor that's why you need to dip them in sauce to give them flavor because they're tooovercooked. The only thing I like out of Wendy's is their chicken sandwiches but just the original one not any other kind andit's a 50/50 shot that is cooked right and not overcooked. My experience today Was a Good reminder of why I don't go back toWendy's. The staff was friendly good customer service and very prompt with getting me my order and it was also accurate andcorrect. But they were also working with a skeleton crew which is good because there was hardly anybody there. I sat in thedining room eating my food but I also felt like I was not welcome to sit there and they wanted me to hurry up finish eating andleave I don't know I just got that impression when I was there with them very friendly. Like the name brand and location which I have frequented for years. The food is good at a reasonable price. For an extended... time now, the dining room is more often closed than open during lunch. Recently it is always closed early afternoons duringlunch time. Service at this restaurant no longer exists as customers are forced to change their venue. Read more
Pulled up to drive thru and asked for all food to be made fresh "cooked to order" to be exact. My husband and I ordered a #6 and... #12. We pulled up to window and sat at the window for about 5 minutes give or take. An associate finally came to window to handus our drinks, then told us to pull up and they would bring our food out to us. We sat there for a few more moments and the sameassociate came out and handed us the food and took off back un the store with out saying anything (not a thank you or anything).So we opened our bags and our fries were cold and rubbery and our sandwiches felt like they were sitting out for a while. I wentback in to ask for the associates to remake food. One female associate grabbed my fries and said it will be a wait. I asked formy refund instead and the manager was called. The manager came up and offered to remake food several times and I kept refusingbecause I was too frustrated at this point. Manager asked me to give her my form of payment and receipt. I gave her my card andtold her they never gave me my receipt. She went to the back to process my refund and mistakenly recharged my card for whentrying to refund. She told me that she refunded the money twice back to my card. She then kept asking if she could make my foodfor me and I gave in and said yes. She told me to wait in car and she would bring it out to me. She came out with my food andshe said she stuck some nuggets in nag for inconvenience and apologized. Then we go to reach in bag and the fries are hot andfresh. Great!. But then I reach for the free nuggets and they were cold and my sandwich was hot, but not cooked in the middle.This was the worst experience ever. I left there and went to Chik Fil A where my food is made hot and fresh without me having toask for it to be that way and done right the first time. Had a mobile curbside order, expected it to be out in five or ten minutes give or take cause I needed to get back to work and... they had it ahead of time. Was waiting 20 minutes plus and watched 4 different cars go through the drive thru. When I walked inand asked where my food was on the curbside It was apparently just sitting there cause no one in there wanted to take it out orwhatever stupid reasoning they had. Staff was very rude especially whatever manager that was on staff. Place is out of controland needs new staff, do not recommend will not be going back. mobile pickup they warn u, the leave items out. Disorganized employees, three of them asked me about the order, of course they... have it, what's included. This guy just put the bag on the counter near me, apologizing when I got his attention I asked is thateverything.. he seemed totally insecure and offended that I asked him if the order was complete. His defensive response was "ifI put it down there it was complete" OK, we both have copies of the order so I look and see if it's misting two waters bottles.I get them from her second employee who makes sayings also didn't check. Revealing revealing order for the third time I see it'sstill missing the tea. Now have three drinks I received no drink holder. So I go here because, you know hunger. And I order a Combo number 6 be AWARE that combo number 6 is spicy, contains lettuce,... tomato, onion, mayo, and well, spicy chicken itself. And I open the package the and see this (as shown in the image) that'supsetting. Of course I was hungry and I did not even bother to complain because I was hungry but that's upsetting, I even addedHoney Mustard Sauce just to give it more of a flavor, and it only had one tiny lettuce. Would give 0 stars if possible. They're out of everything and the stuff they do have they try not to give you in the drive... through. Pretty sure they lock up the doors so people can't go inside and complain to the non-existent manager. This used to bethe better local Wendy's but I'd rather drive to international or wherever the next closest is (don't bother with other one onGranada they are just as bad). Read more
