Fresh food, good customer service
This Subway used to be good. Now, it seems to be badly managed. Often a mess behind the counter, subs not always prepared... properly. This is not rocket science people. Where is the motivation from management to train their employees to do the jobright. I could do a better sub even without training. A total lack of interest from the employees seems to dictate the mood ofthat place on most days. When you take into account the cost of these subs, in addition to the fact that we are talking hereabout a restaurant that specializes in subs, every sub that comes out of there should be spot on and nicely garnished. Sometimesit seems like they would count each strand of lettuce if they could. Not spending my hard earned money there anymore. I'll spendit rather in a place where they care about what they do and what and how they serve their food. Read more
There subs are made fresh that's what counts
Slowest service. Ive waited 30 minutes, Ive had my sub out of the over just sitting there for 10 monutes before she asks to put... toppings! The employees seem to not care at all about being sufficient. Read more
Really horrible every time I go here. Staff is always changing, they are young, slow, don't know how to be friendly or... courteous. The last time I went I waited in line for 25 minutes because there was a group in front of me. When it was finally myturn the server started making my food, and then he stopped to let 5 people who just came in cut in front of me, because theywere with the group who just passed, even though I was there much longer than they were. Very quick service, friendly staff and the food is good. I always order the same thing which would be the sweet onion chicken... terriaki.. plenty of veggies and chicken. Their cookies are not too bad either.... Read more
